I like to not drink when I go out these days too, it definitely gives you a fresh perspective on the social game of drunk Vs. sober people. I've noticed a steady increase in my ability to pick up without much effort whilst sober.

If I'm at a summer festival where there is dancing I'll keep the alcohol down more because I want to enjoy the dancing.

On a beautiful day, it's nice to drink less and slow down, enjoy the sunshine.

In a bar if your goal is game you should drink less.

Alcohol brings on the "Crazy" so sometimes I just like the feeling of not caring about anything.

"Crazy" is a terrible game plan.

Use Kava Kava if you just want to relax at home, never alcohol.

WARNING: Just don't become the self righteous guy who criticizes the guys who are there to get their "Crazy" on. Keep in mind this is a BAR !!!! People are there for a good buzz and looking to get a little wild and blow off some excess energy. (unrelated to women)

I've discovered that getting drunk has little to nothing to do with lowering inhibitions. As the night goes on, you progressively get less inhibited. As the night goes on, you progressively get more drunk. But this is a coincidence.

I've gotten very pre-drunk before going out, and when I got there I was just as inhibited as always. I've also had one pre-drink and none at the club, and it didn't stop me from loosening up after an hour or two.

I don't know whether staying sober makes a guy more attractive, but it sure stops you from wasting money.

You don't have to drink at all. It's not that hard, and 95% of the people won't even notice.

Some of you may need booze to gain confidence, but it's a ridiculously weak trait.

I don't want to preach too hard here on RP, but you guys should just stop drinking period if you are trying to hit your peak.

I suspect I was raised generally lower class than most posters here, but if any of you like rap music here is a good workout jam and artist to listen to for RP rap truths.

I'm the same way. My friends will get "fucked up" and drunk while I just sip on my drinks, loosen up a little, and completely fine that night and the next day.

It is all about moderation, and you can see how people act when they are drunk. It is much easier to talk to females this way as well as being under control of yourself.

Also, you have the advantage of just having that cup or bottle in your hands. It makes you seem as though you are having a good time, but you are really in control of yourself unlike the other people.

3 servings is supposedly the maximum you're supposed to drink per day anyway. I used to drink 6 servings regularly while out now I'm down to 3 or 4 max. Definitely notice the difference the next day which is the best part.

I suppose if you hydrate more and want to chug a gallon of water and be pissing all night you can drink more. Personally for me not worth the hassle. Simpler to drink less.

As an alcoholic, I think a lot of it comes down to how sloppy you get when you drink. A limit of three drinks or so seems pretty reasonable for an average person, enough for you to have fun but not enough that you're slurring words or losing motor functions.

That being said, if you don't get sloppy, I don't think drinking any amount of alcohol is inherently bad.

Alcohol is not good for your body physique, estrogen levels goes up when you drink too much, and testosterones goes down a lot as well , alcohol is a good social lubricant we understand that, and at the same time is something that ruin your physique due to dehydration our and muscles are 70 percent water, is all about equilibrium i learned that here, is not "Stop drinking" But is about "Moderate drinking" if u are on gear, is impossible to drink

One of the big cusp events in my life was having an epiphany about how alcohol and tobacco companies manipulate the social and sexual landscape only to push their crappy products only for their own benefit. I quit alcohol and tobacco quite suddenly and decisively; it was a Matrix-like mental transformation, driven by an underlying desire to stop being a proxy player in their game. Now if I want to drink, I seek something as locally made and/or non-mainstream-corporate as possible without being an annoying snob about it.

Hanging around a bar or club and not drinking (much) gives a new view into the nature of humans and groups. One of the things you're liable to discover soon is you don't want to stay there among them much longer.

Alcohol has various effects on the body depending on dosage. You will experience a loss of inhibitions long before your decision making or speech is affected. A small amount of red wine most definitely makes for more effective gaming of women, and unlike beer it will give you better erections if you get lucky.

Drinking has routinely disrupted my workout schedule, especially if I went out drinking the same night as a workout. The dehydration and hangover are a detriment to any gains.

Going to bars sober is torturous for me. On top of that, a few drinks in, I am objectively better with women in general than without. It's not even debatable.

Drinking enough to disable toe neurotic part of my brain makes things 10x easier. It's all well and good to say that you shouldn't have neurotic thoughts in the first place but alcohol is an instant cure (for me).

I order cokes or soda and lime when I'm out. Then it looks like I'm drinking, sometimes the bartender will think I'm the DD if I'm out with a group and not charge.

Yep, I found that drinking less has worked better for me in many departments. The bonus is that you don't feel like shit the next day as well. I'm planning on cutting out booze entirely right after the Superbowl tomorrow, and 16 days weed-free today. Quitting weed and booze does wonders for your mental clarity.

One of my new years resolutions is actually drinking less. The problem is, every time im really drunk I score. I somehow have to learn to have the same vibe and energy when I'm sober, because actually I am less succesfull without or with less alcohol.

Sober, I'm aware of my mental bullshit and can shut it down pretty fast. Drunk, my thoughts run free and self-conscious ideas get control of me.

Plus you can drive, which is great.
