I recently came in contact with a "jock" football player from my high school. We are now in our late twenties and ended up at the same graduate school. Turns out my perceptions were wrong, I judged him for lifting and loving sports (and being much better than me). Now we've lifted together, talked about life, and it turns out he's smart and interesting. Still learning every day.

Yah you guessed it, she's not American. She's liberal for her country of origin, but incredibly reserved/traditional by western standards.

Thanks for the in-depth reply, as someone who just started his own very small business, I had NO idea about these laws......... wow. As I've stated before, one of my co-founders is a woman who is the best PERSON for the job hands down. That said, when I look around me in the STEM and business fields, i'd guess 7 or 8 out of 10 'best person' candidates is a driven young male.

Ah, you're right, I have a bad habit of just ignoring shaming tactics.

not sure what the downvotes are for. This is the only sensible choice. Choose the best person for the job.

Work in a field you are passionate in, if you are lucky you will find women around you who are just as driven and intelligent as you. I recently formed my own business with two co-founders, one of whom is a woman with unparalleled work ethic and no use for bullshit.

Same story here. Don't need to follow it anymore, but it was a fantastic stepping stone.

... my boss the other day stated that she was happy that a new cop show she watched didn't show a dead woman before an alive one. If it had, she would have withdrawn her patronage. Of course I didn't ask her about them showing a dead man first, I didn't have to.

The worst part about this, is that's exactly what I told myself as a bluepiller, until she never realized her mistake, and I woke up completely. I guess it had to get worse, before it got way, way better.

Maybe it's not exactly newb gains anymore, been lifting for a year and just did a 40 lb bulk and am in the cut phase, so yah not used to eating so little. I still feel like a newb tho :) My lifts are.... weak still - 175/265/355 @ 6'2" 190, but form is great and sleep/diet are locked in. Thanks for the link, i'm excited to try the full-body days.

I do the 5 day bro split. (back, chest, legs, arms, shoulders. in that order). Have loved the semi-newb gains, any good places to start for a simple full-body or upper-lower split? As slydermv says below, my CNS is shot on the big days, so i've been reducing workout times to 45 min (was going for 1.5 hrs) and that helps. Do you find yourself useless on full body days?

/r/pornfree I followed /r/nofap for a while, made it 120+ days, but no porn has been the secret for me. SO MUCH MORE EFFICIENT, and it makes everything else better, including sex.

Umm, that's not a friendzone imo, but you need to friendzone her. She's looking for someone to unload baggage on (not her fault as it's done unconsciously, but not your place to play therapist). You can't fix her, only introspection on her part can. Run. She feels connected to you, safe, and kissed you back (it sounds like). Not a friendzone.

Probably punishing you even further... for being cheated on. Once they cheat you are downgraded completely to cuckold status, and no girl is attracted to some beta eating her out.

Haha, what's the reasoning behind that rule?
/r/TheRedPill02/01/14 06:10 AM

Agreed, if it's detrimental to your own game, then it's bad for you. I've had to cut out porn entirely even though I have nothing against it in principle.

One of my current girls has a 9 face (but a little loose skin on bod) and an incredible personality, because she used to be 100 lbs heavier and lost it all in a 3+ yr journey.
/r/TheRedPill30/12/13 04:30 AM

Ah, still a bit of a pedestal in your mind, but sounds like you acted exactly the way you needed to. Still, it seems there is work to be done. Just realize that while chemistry with her was awesome, you can create chemistry with others. Possibly go for a girl who is available for LTR if that's what you're looking for.
/r/TheRedPill29/12/13 06:34 PM

You've put this girl on a pedestal and are allowing her to control your life even after she ditched you.
/r/TheRedPill29/12/13 05:50 PM

Good work. Taking control and responsibility of all parts of your life is a freeing process. I'm going the other way, actually. I was 6'2" and 156 lbs 5 months ago. After a lot of hard work in the gym I'm at 195 lbs as of yesterday. I still look skinny, but man it feels good.

Yeah, i'd liken it to the reaction to anger on this sub. It's there because it's a necessary step. Learning to control relationships takes practice, when you don't need practice anymore, I guess you've made it.

Then your profile straight sucks bro. I'm in a shitty okc City. I receive 1-2 msgs a week from girls ranging from 5-7. 7 works for me, so that's like 1 a month. Know how to game their algorithm - put your account on 'hold' then come back after a couple weeks, you will be the first profile appearing on girls' screens. Likewise, delete and re-upload a pic. This counts as new content and again you will be the top profile.

I've stated this before here. I have one great and lasting friendship with a funny/brilliant woman. She is a fat lesbian and is awesome.
/r/TheRedPill28/12/13 10:26 PM

Wow, great way to describe it. I see her struggling between what's easy and what's good in the long-term. I just sit back and watch.

Yes. Save-a-ho includes treating her like a princess and a special snowflake, which is not happening. I teach a skill that directly benefits me and makes time with her more enjoyable.
/r/TheRedPill28/12/13 09:41 PM

Agreed, she has a twitter account that 'regulars' subscribe to. She acts sweet to them and let's them know when she's going online.
/r/TheRedPill28/12/13 09:36 PM

Can you give a specific example? This sounds similar to what I've had to do in my dating life to remain detached, but I never thought about it in that way.
/r/TheRedPill28/12/13 01:26 AM
3

Yup, pretty sure you haven't dug deep enough if you think you've found someone without issues. Just don't ever allow them to use that to cross your boundaries.
/r/TheRedPill28/12/13 12:28 AM
1

hows the pay on that? I've thought about it, but do you end up having a lot of male watchers, or is it more anonymous? And yeah, it goes without saying that she has daddy issues.
/r/TheRedPill28/12/13 12:16 AM

Who know. Immediate nexting is what it meant this time. She had tons of beta orbiters, so probably that.

Taking risks is an expression of testosterone and therefore virility. It is attractive and, well, risky.
/r/TheRedPill27/12/13 11:27 PM

Thanks for voicing that, she's one plate out of 3 regular ones so I'm not too worried, but I'll monitor it. The cooking thing is something I took from these forums. Kitchen is near my bed and food ensures they can go all night. Just a personal preference. edit: should also add, I'm currently bulking (156 lbs to 194 lbs so far at 6'2") and need to eat all the time.

In the words of Drake, "I don't judge her, I don't judge her. But I could never love her, cuz to her I'm just a[n alpha], and soon she'll have met another."
/r/TheRedPill27/12/13 10:52 PM
4

Incredibly true. I had to next an older 8 a few months ago who would receive dick pics while she was asleep with me. Nexted because she felt she didn't need to be on time and wanted monogamy but not a relationship (wtf).
/r/TheRedPill27/12/13 10:46 PM
7

Can you elaborate on how she violated your trust? Obviously you nexted her which is good. This girl is also only decent in bed (getting better) as a result of guys always doing the work for her. Currently I am having to call her out on talking about exes too much, she defines her life through men she's had in the past. Other than that, there is a total lack of neediness so far on her part. One text every few days, or a simple "come over tonight" is all either of us say.
/r/TheRedPill27/12/13 07:36 PM
21

I am on this side of things. She's definitely 'warmed' to me, but given her history and need for male attention I would not expect fidelity to last. But I always feel I can learn from a given situation and I am not done learning through this experience.

The point here was to show that a physically attractive woman can go through life in our society even completely lacking everyday skills. It is red pill to realize their position of power over men often leads to a retardation of their own development.

I have been able to find attractive/awesome plates which I'll write about at some point. But there is a general unfeminine attitude with many/most of the girls. Like your dominance is being challenged at every turn because they are constantly trying to one-up or be stronger than you. Definitely miss the femininity of east coast women.

I had to come back to this thread after some thinking. this is HIS fault and I think we all know it. Initially when we were dating she told me certain things were things she had never done before and didn't want to try. Don't be a subservient bitch who refuses to push a girl's boundaries. The problem we encounter with masculinity vs mainstream culture. Masculinity still benefits mainstream culture and feminists in many ways (men's sacrifice in our military, our firefighters, our mechanics), but aspects of masculinity that do NOT directly benefit them are considered toxic and derided with social shaming. The thing is, this isn't a mix and match grab bag. You are masculine or not, you either have the desire to fight and fuck everything in life, woman, competition, career, or you do…

Wow. Don't stop cooking for her? Don't stop holding her hand? number 1 reason is: Was not a leader at home or outside of it. What woman would want someone so weak? He blames himself, which he should, but comes to many wrong conclusions. This really reads like someone who wants to control a relationship so much that there are NO bad times, that there is NOTHING to ever argue about. Drama is good, I should know because my BP days were filled with shitty control tactics like his.

20 years.... damn that's some serious trickle truth right there. With many of my plates now and in the past, I am often told things that I am sure would not have been told to me if they viewed me in a provider-role. I don't know if they are more free to be themselves and don't fear repercussions, or if they sense my distance and are trying to impress me. The way my center works, the donor is anonymous until the kid turns 18, then they are given your contact info and can contact you once. If you want to have any kind of relationship then, you can. In my state child-support ends at 18, so those complications are avoided.

From the comments I’m waiting for someone to acknowledge that men also engage in a form of hypergamy in the sense that we’re looking for the younger/better looking woman. Granted it’s a bit different as men are willing to settle for sex now while looking for the better looking women and would add the new conquest to a harem if possible. This guy doesn't get it. Men seek other women to add to as plates, hence the notion of a harem. One quality woman does not take the place of another, and instead…

Something that I wish people like that could realize: We CRITICIZE PEOPLE all the time. Men don't escape the need to improve either, not white knights, not even those who have taken the red pill. Hey, a little late, but you are asking all the right questions and I wanted to answer with my personal experience. My older brother came back from deployment six years ago and found all his savings spent, with an additional 10 grand in credit card debt and an 'unhappy' wife. They were divorced within 6 months... Thank god there were no kids involved. He took on her debt, but that was his only financial burden.

Men have been, and should be, the more dominant gender, not because of some imagined divine right or physical prowess, but because on some rudimentary psychological level we ought to realize that a woman’s love is contingent upon our capacity to maintain that love in spite of a woman’s hypergamy. Reminds me of the career-woman 'paradox'. Successful women are finding it harder to find a suitable husband, because they've narrowed the field down to those more successful than themselves. Of course t…

What I DO see, is TONS and TONS of YOUNG ( 21 - 24 ) year old frat bros, gym bros, college athletes, hipster druggies, and thugs getting MASSIVE poon. No, you don't. Unless you are in the bedroom, you are making a guess based on their behaviors. You don't literally SEE it happen. I came here to say this. Save everything you have, in the future, your first priority is to fish for the 'i had fun, too text' and save it. I got that advice from this forum a year ago and have used it since. It doesn't matter what you think of the girl, and it almost sounds a little beta, but go with the "I had a great time last night, you are fun." or something along those lines, and save her next text/s.

No, functionoverfunction is right, that's NOT how probability works. That's the gambler's fallacy. If you have a 10% chance of winning and have failed 9 times, the 10th time STILL only has a 10% chance of winning. I believe it would be x = 1 - ((1-1/10)10), or 65% chance of winning if you play 10 times. Unfortunately for condoms that means if you have sex 100 times, 1 - ((1-2.8/1000)100) = 24% chance of one breaking. Please correct me if i'm wrong.

Obvious question, how do you dance around the "What do you do?" question? This is an obvious hypergamy shit test, and I know I need to get better at answering it/passing it.

Thank you for your service in Iraq, what you did is both more difficult and more important. But as far as the hike goes, you are wrong. You cannot keep on weight, even when I ate 7k+ calories a day, I mostly just shit more, it never stayed on. On paper, you should be right. It SHOULD be possible, but it wasn't. As soon as I was averaging 35+ miles a day, the weight just came off, no matter what.
/r/TheRedPill14/09/13 04:02 AM

Hiking is a different kind of monster, here's why. The more calories you eat, the more your food weighs, the more calories you burn. At least on the PCT, it was impossible to carry enough calories to make up for what you burned.

This is exactly my line of thinking. Well said. edit: As per the original post, my game did not change during the 100 days I was in the wilderness, I was in a mental stasis-mode as far as girls go. My body changed drastically, and I experienced an abrupt change in the types of interactions/shit tests I had from girls. My conclusion is that it was due to the change in body-type.
/r/TheRedPill12/09/13 11:18 PM

Thank you. The hardest and best thing I've done both physically and mentally. It's amazing to not really worry about girls anymore. They come and go, but my goals in life are always there for me to achieve. Direction and purpose are the most freeing things I could ever have.
/r/TheRedPill12/09/13 09:01 PM

It fits "A" blueprint for every woman. You are immediately placed into a category by women, and it's up to you to correct that if it's not the category you want.
/r/TheRedPill12/09/13 08:48 PM
4

Thank you! Lack of congruence is definitely what I was noticing. My mental game and physical game are not on the same level at this point. As for the last bit: I think you are saying, ALWAYS judge people based on actions, not words. I agree, from experience. If a woman tells me to my face I am an asshole, it means I am sleeping with her that night. If a girl tells me how nice I am, time to leave and re-evaluate, because the interaction will not progress further physically.
/r/TheRedPill12/09/13 08:17 PM

AFC - average frustrated chump. Someone unable to understand how to interact with women to fulfill their own needs, and is unhappy with it. LMR - last minute resistance: final shit-tests a woman will throw at you. IOI - Indicator of Interest. Kino - Kinesthetics - Touching a woman.

Damn... next level stuff right here. Definitely going to start LJBFing some hot ones. Game is especially fun after being out in the woods alone for so long; it's like I can see right through conversations and understand why a girl is qualifying or exactly how she's trying to get me to fail a test. Hilarious always.

Great advice. However, I was in a similar situation as OP, and 8/9's tend to have much more subtle/many more shit tests, in my experience. They've had to develop them better with that many more aggressive guys going after them. OP - treat EVERYTHING they say as a shit test and have the frame of "amused mastery" over them. Be prepared to drop them as fast as you would a 5/6.

We encourage man to cultivate traditional masculine values, attributes, and behaviors such as physical strength, financial achievement, and confident leadership, because those traits are valuable in themselves. The Red Pill, as you point out here, is not JUST sexual strategy/truth. It's much more over-arching than that, it's a way to frame your life.

I know other people have pointed this out, but for me it was a huge glitch moment - nearly 70% of all 'single' homeless people are male... So, society tells us that men are privy to the success/power that should be shared, and neglects to look at who is powerless/without success. In a similar vein to 'fail and you die'. http://www.nationalhomeless.org/factsheets/who.html

tpiecer, are you straight? If so, what is your current paradigm regarding women and relationships? This may not make sense to you, because you may not be on either side of the redpill/bluepill rift. However, it would be difficult to scientifically prove any part of this paradigm, just as it would be impossible for you to prove why your current paradigm is any more right. Oh sorry, I did leave out info. My friend is SUPER charismatic (and redpill) and his young sister was dating the landlord's son. He finagled an incredible 1500/month deal. And wildman, thanks for agreeing that he could live on that, now add another 60k income for a 'wife' like in the original post, and that's at least 20k in savings per year.

Yeah, the uncomfortable feeling is what makes it so great, though. There's not a lot of internal censors around here, so the stuff is pretty raw/non-PC. I think for a lot of guys who are not red-pill (it was this way for me), being non-dominant or beta must feel similar. It doesn't feel comfortable, or right, but many guys are raised that way now. Being alpha comes with a lot more criticism and shock, and.... that's okay.

Not sure how this will fit in with the ideology here, but I am young, and am planning on being awesome by what i WON'T do. I won't rack up credit card debt (I have 0 debt). I won't buy 'things' (i live a very minimalist lifestyle). I won't go out to eat all the time (I cook all my meals, mostly chicken/veggies). I won't get married or have kids. Something I realized when I became the 'villain' for breaking up with my controllin GF 6 months ago. At that moment I said to myself "I am not happy, and what I am doing might not be right. But I have a right to be happy". 6 months later, striving to better myself, and dating many women casually, I am still a 'villain' for normal people. But I am satisfied with my life. I like this. Tips like this are something I need to re-visit to make sure I don't slip back into beta-patterns. Other things I try to do. Be the first to break away during making out. Have a plan for the night and make the decisions about what is happening when. If she doesn't want sex, I pull away and start doing something productive (email, studying). Call them on bullshit/shit tests. Anyone else? Things i'm bad at - canceling. I'm sure I need work in other areas as well.

Makes me shiver to think about what I didn't know about my exes pasts (when I was blue pill). Now that I spin plates, girls will often divulge their sexual history when they realize I'm not going to commit (weird tactic, I don't get it). You seem to have read one man's definition of SMV decline. Age is an important factor, so is staying in shape. There are women at my gym who have higher SMV's at 30 (strong, confident, sexy) than many 20 yr olds. It's just not the bulk of 30 yo's.
/r/TheRedPill02/04/13 08:26 PM
2

We are playing with different definitions here. SMV is about looking at how value is decided in the male-female relationship. Doesn't have anything to do with how you view yourself, your own value, how your family/faith see you... Just because you are rejected or accepted in MF relationships does not give or take personal value, it's just perception.
/r/TheRedPill02/04/13 08:07 PM
2

This still doesn't make sense to me, SMV isn't just a theory, it is a way to describe what guys are attracted to. Saying you don't 'buy' SMV, is like saying you don't 'buy' acceleration due to gravity. Fine, don't call it 'gravity', don't call it 'SMV', call it what you will, men are STILL going to be attracted to women aged 18-mid20's. There is no 'right' or 'wrong', it just IS. Saying it's a social construct doesn't MAKE it a social construct, it just leads to a lot of confusion.
/r/TheRedPill02/04/13 07:01 PM
4

Great reply im_too_liberal. My response would be that SMV is a way of looking at what females call 'chemistry'. That attraction you feel happens for a reason, because a man has made himself high enough value that 'chemistry happens' through some combination of looks/confidence/humor/smarts/success. I have been rejected by single woman before (often :), is that a cause to think I have no value? no, that would be playing a false victim card. You are trying to force chemistry by shaming men. "You s…

In what ways does redpill denegrate women and suggest they have no 'value' or are 'unwanted'? Honest question, because I, as a redpill man, love women, and want women, and I absolutely demand high value in a woman (beauty, youth, smarts, humor, great sex drive). My standards for woman are high, because my standards for myself are even higher. Feminism, to me, preaches that a woman does not need to worry about value and can still ask for the highest quality of men. It just won't happen.

So I had a situation like this VERY recently. Luckily the red pill had been forced on me ~5 yrs ago so I keep those plates spinning. Basically, one of my mLTRs (who would like to be monogamous, but I won't commit) started telling me about her past sex life. With me she tried waiting a while (took 3 dates, which is a lot for me) because she liked me, turns out she used to have One Night Stands on the regular. She's only 21, and a very smart/sweet girl, and I bet she's slept with more than double …

/r/TheRedPill29/03/13 03:36 PM

What makes nice guys suck is that they give away their power for no reason. A nice guy buys a girl he doesn't know a drink. An alpha kind guy buys a girl a drink because she earned one Incredible explanation. Helps me understand the power dynamics we experience. No power = no respect.

"a high value partner is so subjective as to be meaningless" This doesn't follow. 'high value' is complicated and is a sliding, personal perception scale, but it has all the meaning in the world. All of the things you mentioned can play up a partner's Value (SMV = sexual market value). PROBLEM is, women DO peak around 26 (or younger, ~23). What does a women bring to the table that a man is interested in? In general, it's looks. Men are visually-oriented and sex-driven. China's agency is just poi…
/r/TheRedPill28/03/13 09:01 PM
6

Sorry, I don't follow. I cheer this because it stands up for my lifestyle. I am happy to have egalitarian laws (not claiming they ARE egalitarian), but I am free to have my own taste in women. Problem is, social shaming and beta-upbringing do a lot to tell men of my generation that we should accept and love the first girl that graces us with her attention. I chose young, beautiful women who bring skills to the table, or else I don't date them. How is that dehumanizing? Or objectifying?

The quote about no man staying faithful to an outmoded unchanging wife is gold. Say I, 26, married a 21 yo with high SMV, she would need to work hard to keep me around in 10 years when my SMV keeps rising unless kids were around to chain me down.
