Some men already do this. Part of the MGTOW movement involves men choosing to forgo sexual intimacy, because they realise that modern women have a lot of power in terms of access to intimacy etc. It s basically the male equivalent of saying "no thankyou"

I think most of us did! It was only on rewatching a few episodes that I realised: Mitch is the heart of the story

Unfortunately we may have to do one first before we can do the other

OK to be clear here: I am not dunking on other men who are in a relationship and/or married. If that works for you, then great. But the sad thing is that I see too many relatipnships where the women get told by their friends that their boyfriend is being 'problematic' for standing up for himself, or 'patriachal' for expecting her to bring something to the table. And so the women are told to play games with the guy or just plain leave him. The state of dating seems so messed up, I'm just very war…

I Respectfully disagree. Men like me who are technically MGTOW, are labelled as 'mysogynistic' or as 'members of the Pa#@£%chy' by both feminists and the mainstream media. The feminist mantra is that we 'dont need' to be independent because apparently we have all the power anyway.

And I stand by what I have said. The Republicans who are opposed to women s right to vote is a different issue. Women should definitely have the right to vote, and I think certain Republicans who want to change that, are wrong. But that does not change the fact that no one on the Democrats side has really stood up for the male voters either. The whole 'I m a Man' campaign for example, was aimed at making men subservient to successful women. It failed to actually address the issues men are facing…
/r/MensRights01/06/25 02:28 PM

But the difference is that on the Republican side, JD Vance specifically spoke up in support of men. The Democrats by contrast, never included men in their list of 'Who We Serve' for example. Kamala Harris never specifically condemned the misandry directed at men in her speeches. She even had an SNL actress try to persuade men that it was good to have a 'strong woman' in charge. And Tim Walz was clearly a token 'diversity' hire, meant to placate male voters into a more 'acceptable' role on the s…

I'm not trying to find fault with the Women s Movement. What I'm trying to say is: women judge men for having egos when in reality, they have egos of their own. Mainstream media has shown women humiliating men on the playing field, overpowering them on the battlefield, getting the last word in the office etc. The example I gave is proof that women shouldn't be doing this to men, when the same can be said of them
/r/MensRights31/05/25 02:35 PM

This coming from the party whose supporters said men were "useless" live on national television, and who have marched with signs saying "get rid of men". And then they wonder why men won't support them
/r/MensRights30/05/25 11:01 PM

That s all true but my point is: haven't women faced many similar challenges to these in the past? I ve used the 1980 s as an example, but there was a time when women could literally die in childbirth, and did not have access to birth control. Granted they did not have the technology to abort safely, and contraception wasn't as efficient as today, but still. It s true of course that economic instability and partner abuse are factors; but equally I think the cultural shift that s been pushed by f…

Thanks. Thought I'd let the content creator speak for himself. It basically has gone too far. Unrealistic body standards for men
/r/MensRights20/05/25 05:55 PM

A good answer but again the data seems to show a different story. According to birth statistics in my country for example, the birthrate fell dramatically in the mid to late 1970 s but began to grow again in the 1980 s at twice the rate of 2025. And this despite all the challenges I mentioned above. UK birth statistics And regarding the AIDS pandemic, the Government deliberately put flyers round every household, warning people that anyone could be affected and the famous 'Don't Die from Ignoranc…

If it s about the economy and safety, then how do you explain the 1980 s? Back then we lived under the threat of nuclear conflict between the Soviet Union and the West. We had the AIDS pandemic - sleep with the wrong person and it could literally kill you. Our pop culture predicted an apocalyptic, nightmarish future, with films like The Terminator and Max Max: The Road Warrior. TV soap operas like Eastenders (in my country), depicted gloomy and depressing marriages and child rearing. And yet des…

Sadly yes, but we need to make it official. Something a guy has done that goes above and beyond that even feminists can't dispute

That s great. There certainly should be. Im curious to know the name, which country it s for and how frequent is the award (annual, monthly etc)?
/r/MensRights11/05/25 08:08 PM

This is one of the reasons for the results of the US Presidential Election of 2025. As men on the ground said, feminists had openly displayed placards saying 'get rid of men' at their marches. And then a certain TV show I won't mention called men as a group "useless" on national television. That is why a significant number of men voted for the current president and administration. Critics may call it a 'bro-ocracy' but the misandrists among them have only themselves to blame
/r/MensRights09/05/25 04:40 PM
1

OK but if it s a group of people and you have a valid argument then she is the one who is going to look stupid. And maybe someone in the group might think differently because of it
/r/MensRights09/05/25 04:34 PM
11

Mine was a combination of things. Misandry was definitely one of them. When the hashtags 'Men Are Trash', 'Kill All Men' came out. Misandrist stories and books, which always protrayed male characters aa abusers. And one book even calls this 'feminism'. And then the usual complaints followed about 'systemic mysogny' and the dreaded P word. Screw this I thought, I ll be a Mannist instead
/r/MensRights05/05/25 06:27 PM

If you're serious about supporting men, try following the Youtubers like the Dadvocate, Roma Army or Emilywking. They describe the issues affecting men fairly well. These issues need solutions and you may be able to make them happen. I d say the major ones are child custody, male suicide, etc but there are many. One thing you can do from your side: call out the misandrists. Men used to do this with mysogyny. Women need to call their own side out. When you next hear someone say that the world 'do…

Thanks, everyone for your thoughts. On reflection, i reckon the feminists' article was clickbait, and if I respond to it, I ll fall into the trap she s set. So rather than challenge her directly, I ll write stuff elsewhere to call out her divisive wording.
/r/MensRights28/12/24 05:55 PM

OK like I said I don't agree with everything he s saying, but at least someone is finally talking about men as a demographic on a mainstream podcast
/r/MensRights15/12/24 01:23 AM
1

We might be less willing to vocalise things as men, but when we have a mission we should adapt to do it
/r/MensRights26/11/24 08:10 PM
1

This is ridiculous. I d tell her to look in the mirror if she wants to know why men have been so angry these past few years. Watching the smug misandrists fall flat on their faces post election has been SO good. They were so confident they could 'get rid' of men - from all the placards at women s marches, that they forgot that we still have brains and the right to vote.
/r/MensRights22/11/24 05:08 PM
2

Yes. I have made a point these past few years of declaring the charity I am supporting for the day, and asking colleagues openly for donations. But yes a cake to work is a good idea (although most of my colleagues are female) I should have thought of that too.
/r/MensRights22/11/24 05:04 PM
3

For one thing, our day does not appear on calendars or in diaries. It should. And the men who make these resources should be doing more to put it on there. Same goes for the workplace. At mine, I hear and see colleagues and managers shouting International Women s Day from the rooftops. They've had group photos, brought cakes and always make a big thing of it. Needless to say, that doesn't happen on our day. You d never know it existed. The only mention we get is a few mean posts by feminists (mi…

Indeed! My colleagues and I will be donating to this suicide prevention charity, based in our country. Happy International Men s Day everyone Samaritans charity

It looks like the American voters just did that for us
/r/MensRights08/11/24 06:08 PM
1

That is exaclty what the misandrists want us to do. It s tempting to just give up altogether but as I ve said: if we leave the workforce, they will use our inaction and step in to quietly take over this and key parts of society. If we quit anything, it needs to have an impact. We could maybe organise strikes for example, but these would need to be publicly declared: let people know in no uncertain terms why men are walking out so that the misandrists can t use our silence (which they will, unles…
/r/MensRights01/11/24 01:16 PM
1

And that s the problem. It s not even on the calendar in my country either. But it should be. And only by drawing attention to the issues can we make sure it is
/r/MensRights30/10/24 05:29 PM
1

That s true and it s a whole other level of activism. I was talking about mental toughness in the workplace. Reproductive rights and child support are different issues and yes they need addressing too. They are not my area of expertise but the MRA s on this platform will probably know more about how to protect your rights for them
/r/MensRights23/10/24 04:53 PM
1

To be clear: I am not blaming you for what is out of your control. I get that the system is rigged against you (reporters always speak of 'women and children' when disasters happen: they never speak about 'men'). What I mean is, even when the players and the referee are against you, the fact that you still showed up is something that people have to respect. That s something at least
/r/MensRights23/10/24 04:44 PM
1

The petition is on the charity s page
/r/MensRights08/09/24 07:26 PM
16

So basically this means that the government is going to be labelling all online forums (including ours) 'extreme', 'toxic' or (if they can't find enough hateful posts) 'problematic'. They ll pick out the most extreme examples and use them as an excuse to shut down all conversations relating to men s issues. The thing is: the truth hurts as the saying goes. You have to have difficult conversations about the issues. And yes - to you 'investigators' who will be reading this post - that means saying…
/r/MensRights19/08/24 06:34 PM
1

I do take your point about men who do seek help being ignored. Not being believed or not taken seriously is as big an issue as suffering in silence. Men need to be listened to as well
/r/MensRights04/06/24 09:05 PM
1

Yes this narrative keeps getting pushed a lot, here s another example below. As if the female anatomy never got studied, including the near essential study of conception, pregnancy etc etc. Female evolution on FB
/r/MensRights04/06/24 08:59 PM

People are individuals not demographics. It s interesting and sad to hear that the rumours about how polarized students are on college campuses are true. This victim mentality is damaging to our society. I'd like to say it s just a phase but this has now fed into the workplace too. Reject it as much as you can.
/r/MensRights03/04/24 06:14 PM

It s probably because Greta Gerwig tried so hard to make Ken the villain of the Barbie movie that she actually made us feel sorry for him. Ken stole the show
/r/MensRights29/01/24 07:27 PM

OK Hollywood does do that. But at least the male action heroes are good motivation to get pumped take up martial arts, learn to be strong etc
/r/MensRights16/01/24 08:33 PM

That s true but like I said: a wrongful conviction for rape is far worse than one for fraud. But if a man can be convicted this eaily for one, then how easy is it to wrongly convict him of the other?
/r/MensRights12/01/24 08:02 PM

That isn't my LinkedIn profile or my LinkedIn post. I found it and shared it.

It might be but the discrepancy on FB says it all: 200 000 posts for International Men's Day vs over 5 million posts for International Women's Day. It just goes to show who society values more

OK quick update: I spoke to my boss at work and they support me promoting my charitable cause (I ve picked Suicide Prevention as I think that s definitely an issue right now). Let me know how you're doing with yours.

Define 'unwanted' flirting or compliment? Countless dating experts tell us to do this! How on earth do the do-gooders who write these ads think human beings are supposed to interact!? And then they wonder why men don't talk to women!

For example that lecturer I mentioned was an extreme feminist (I would say misandrist), and when teaching us statistics on violence, she insisted that only men were the perpetrators of domestic violence. My friend was having none of it. He pointed out that there were also stats to suggest that women assault their male partners too. The lecturer tried to dismiss his argument but fortunately the other students supported him against her. That was some years ago, …

This is why I agree that there should be alternatives like trade schools, apprenticeships etc for male students who are more 'hands on' with their approach. Pure theory based learning doesn't work for everyone. But there should always be an option to get education in some form. I think we need to build these learning programmes as alternatives for men to go to, instead of dropping out

The misandry is pretty obvious with this one. But the crazy thing is that the film makers went so far to demonise Ken that they accidentally made him into a tragic hero of the story. That s why I ll be wearing the 'Kenough' t shirt with pride. Why Ken is the real Hero of Barbie Movie

The craziest thing about nutcases like her, is that they obviously don't look in the mirror much: at their own complexion

Yes interesting isn't it that if a man did half of what she has done: he d be on the Sex Offenders Register he be barred from ever working with children again his social media account would be shut down his customers would ALL boycot his business he d be investigated for fraud and child exploitation angry parents would run him out of town But apparently 'Equality of Outcome' doesn't seem to apply in this case, does it?

I can belive it. With the fear of false accusations as well as some unrealistic expectations (women rating 80% of men unattractive on OK cupid comes to mind). It s hardly surprising that young men may feel afraid to approach or start any kind of liaisons with an actual woman. I m older than your brother and I have seen this in men my age too. Most intimacy seems to be online, which is all well and good if an algorithm likes you. But nothing beats personal intimacy. Good luck to your brother. He …

What that man did to you was assault and is clearly not acceptable. He should be stopped and punished I am sorry to hear that happened to you. More people should have intervened. But again this is part of the issue. The rhetoric in our pop culture says that a woman should not need a man to save her. All well and good, but in serious situations like yours, it makes men unwilling to intervene. Added to which, there are cases where a man who tried to intervene to stop assault, violence etc, was act…

Well gentlemen, the shit storm has dropped on Amazon prime and the series already has some glowing reviews. What s amusing is that the critics are hinting that they're not as 'spectacular' as expected. Maybe because people are waking up to the fact that every single film or TV series from last year already did this. Men bad - check Women oppressed - check Women get to beat the proverbial shit out of men - check You get the idea. I'm hoping that this series won't lead to the usual wave of yet mor…

I hope so. Yep the later chapters of the book do admit that power corrupt s: and what corrupted men can corrupt women too. Hopefully that message won't get lost among the temptation to have a quick win at man bashing. We can but hope

Unbelievable. And the sad thing is that this will probably get proposed as an actual law. I d like to point out that it isn't just men who are responsible for unwanted pregnancies: remember hook up culture anyone? Women sleeping around is likely to increase the risk of an unwanted pregnancy for obvious reasons

This is it. I have noticed a double standard among feminists in particular. They condemn strong men as "toxic" and yet consume romance novels, films and even dates with the same strong men. I am not buying into their BS. It s OK for a man to be strong.

I don't agree with everything he says - enforced monogamy being one example. But the fact that he supports men instead of judging us is important. I've heard no end of feminists hating him because of it. ( The fact that he was branded 'King of the Incels being just one example.) Which goes to show that he is making a difference in the conversion about gender.

What penallists never seem to understand is what makes young men feel this way to begin with. Here s an honest account by a former Incel, Derek, which i am sure no one in the mainstream media will bother to listen to. Fallen State Interview
