This is personal instinct and my gut feeling; but here’s a personal anecdote and my intuition on why this is a bad idea.

In college I was in a big, tight friend group with girls and guys ranging from 5’s to 9’s. I feel like everyone sees where this is going - Becky and I never again had that sexual tension. Pretty much eradicated over night. Remained friends but in her eyes I’ve just slid way down the totem pole.

In my opinion, she sees that as “Oh, that’s the type of girl he fucks”, and it doesn’t really matter that she knew I had punched at her level before. I’m sure more seasoned TRP theorists than myself could probably give better detail on this phenomenon but safe to say I never got with Becky.

Take this tale how you will. Fuck then and keep it discreet if you’re looking for a quick fix but in the future I’d just stay away, because a) you don’t want other girls thinking that’s the kind of girls you fuck and b) you don’t wanna convince yourself that either.

OP, you say you don't find these girls attractive, but more importantly, do others in your social circle find those girls attractive?

Because if the consensus is that they're below you in SMV, your SMV will drop to their level in the eyes of your peers in your social circle.

On the other hand, if others in your social circle find these girls attractive but you personally don't for whatever reason, I see no harm in getting some action.

But seriously evaluate how your peers and other women will judge you for banging these chicks. The ultimate question - does my network perceive these women as lower, equal or higher SMV compared to me?

A lot of guys in here are bringing up the same consistent truth.

If you have a hard time getting laid, or just need release, fucking unattractive girls has its place, but it is not and should not be a long term strategy if you know damn well you can do better.

In-person, I am attractive enough to feel mutual attraction with and game girls at my smv or even sometimes higher (roughly 6-7s), but because I am still learning to how close in-person, I have only closed with online game. With online game, I frequently feel invisible. I have decent pics and my messaging game is pretty tight, but girls are just so generally flakey and disinterested (due to the fact that their smv gets massively and falsely inflated online) that I rarely close with girls who have similar smv. So in the interest of my sanity, I have been actively pursuing lower smv girls just to get laid, and release my sexual frustrations. This has worked well for my purposes, but after I cum, I always have a feeling of disappointment in myself for not having the balls to just game girls that I know I would actually be attracted to. As of now, I'm actually at the turning point where I am no longer taking applications for 4s and am working my way up to 5s and 6s. Yeah, the girls are harder to game, and you have to be sharper no doubt, but like anything else, you rise to meet challenges that are slightly above your competence, and that's how you find success and pride in your sexual mating (and other pursuits of course).

Bottom line, is if you know for a fact that you can do better, then do better. Some of the more arrogant guys in here have a point that you should only have high standards.
