Feminists are the primary driving force behind Rape Culture. Rape Culture exists and is perpetuated by feminists, not rapists or society at large. This is fact #1.

Fact #2 is that you will NEVER STOP RAPE. Just like you will never stop murder, drug use, robbery, arson, or any crime. The only time crime will cease to exist is when laws cease to exist or humans cease to exist.

You speak about what comprises of rape, and you give a stereotypical situation. Yet, to you, rape is something that can only happen to a women or only counts when a woman is the victim. Yet statistically, there are more male victims of rape than female ones. But prison rape doesn't count for you, because you only accept your definition of rape.

That you fail to see this issue as a legal hazard to your existence (if you are a male, that is, as I strongly suspect you are simply a female chauvinist), then you need to re-align your premises.

The issue, which you fail to see, is that the legal system is inherently political in nature, and will flow in the direction of least pressure. Feminist movements have fucked the lives of men up beyond recognition, and defending oneself from the implications of guilt that a simple fingerpointing will do is exceedingly difficult. It is financially ruinous, and requires a skill in handling the system that most men do not have. And cannot afford.

So fuck the confused bitch, indeed. And fuck you for coddling grownups who insist on behaving like children.

A similar argument could be made about a lot of things, if you want to restrict people to pure observation. However, some reason and insight can be added to understand the situation.

Was he able to maintain a job before the accusation? And after the accusation he wasn't? Well, there is a correlation there suggesting that the rape accusation was a pivotal event in the downturn in his life. It isn't conclusive, but it is the point being made.

However, when we add in the multitude of instances of this exact same thing occurring (see COTWA or FRS), the picture becomes clear. The reason you are being downvoted is that your reply seems to suggest an ignorance of the larger issues surrounding false accusations of rape, and people here aren't very welcoming of such a view. It doesn't add to the discussion, in their opinion, because it comes from a position of ignorance rather than insight.
