Depends on if they are going for a fetish vibe. If they are, then it's probably ok even if it was reversed. If it's mainstream (which I doubt) then no, it's not ok.

The company would argue that this ad was mocking the objectification to which women have been subjected since the beginning of time, and that men should lighten up and stop their whining since, after all, we've had millions of years on top so it's our turn to have the tables turned on us, blah, blah, blah.

Assuming that's what the company would say, the company should forgive folks if they don't get the joke.

While this certainly is not representative of ads we see everyday (because it's so terribly extreme), it's not in a different universe from what's regularly presented to us by Madison Avenue. It is now commonplace to see men depicted as sex objects or as sub-humans who are fair game to be kicked in the groin and denigrated for no reason other than the fact they are men. This ad combines all of those notions in one misandric fell swoop. This ad certainly wouldn't strike anyone except a hard-boiled feminist as satire (-- hard-boiled feminists seem to ideas about how men are depicted by in the mass media and by Madison Avenue that are different from reality).

And this ad does sort of play into the "all men are dogs" mantra, doesn't it?

High fashion puts women in horrible situations all the time. I would be just as disgusting if the genders were reversed. For some reason, sexism is the norm in fashion.

Its a joke ad, also meant to be controversial. It would probably serve the same purpose if they were reversed, but the products they are selling are for females.
