The entire point is to warn people of past offenders. Her previous offense doesn't go away because she later apologized.

Not how the system works for men. Why should it work that way for this girl?

Apologies never include the word, “but.” What’s more, she is still defending her actions.

This woman, with her disingenuous apology, is more dangerous than the other bigots on R-H. Why? Because she was able to con some folks with her expedient crocodile tears and dubious mea culpa.

Btw, why does a stay-at-home-mom have a 2-year old in daycare? Don’t mommies stay at home instead of getting job to take care of the little ones?

Guess actually having to take care of her kid would interfere with her blogging and messages of love and sunshine and peace and all of those “You go girls.” Unless, I missed something. Does this one actually work?

I think she should stay at Register-her for some time. There is a link to her apology in the first paragraph, in my opinion it's fair enough.

She apologizes for what she said out loud, not for what she thinks. Actually she still doesn't want a father "touching" her child, because you know, it's "abuse" or at least "creepy". I wonder if she will let a male pediatrician "touch" her daughter.

It's her right to educate her child as she wants, of course. It's also our right to be considered human beings, not monsters.

It's a question of responsibility, it doesn't go away with an apology.

It depends on what the point of register-her.com is. Is it simply a way to coordinate a lynch-mob or is it a growing record of inequity and injustice? An information site that can be sourced to help build the argument that yes, indeed, men can be discriminated against.

What would removing her from the record accomplish? Even if she is sorry, the event happened and is important. There is now a man working at that daycare who everybody is suspicious of. As far as we know, the daycare's policies have changed and remain changed.

The heat Jenna felt won't last because she isn't important anymore. The time for pitchforks is over and MRA should switch back to surveillance mode and prepare to fight the next bigot. However, pinning a real name to the story makes it impossible for deniers to say it was simply made up.

If you feel bad for her, remember that our society has similar government lists. Men are listed for life as sexual predators because, as a teenager, they had consensual sex with a girl their own age; underage sex laws are not applied equally.

At least Jenna doesn't have to fear being black listed from a job because of her listing.

Honestly, all the self-described MRAs who fell for that bullshit should take it as a learning experience: half-apologies aren't apologies, they're capitulations. Words mean nothing unless actions demonstrate otherwise. And if redemption means writing one half-assed blog post, then it's not redemption, it's a diversionary tactic.

I don't think she should be removed from register-her.com, i do think the apology should be mentioned.

I also don't believe the apology is insincere, and that at the least we should give her a second chance

the end remark was about moderating hateful remarks in the comment section, which while I disagree (to an extent) i understand the desire to delete/control.

How she she behaved in the run up to the apology is important context for the bleeding heart white knight mra's that are coming out of the woodwork and will likely be further manipulated down the track.

Paul has blocked my comments again so I am not able to point out on his latest article that the school's policy NEVER in the past, now or in the future has had language about gender in the bathroom. The policy "change" was a policy implementation where no language existed before - that of ensuring that no adult is alone with any child to protect both interests. This is the case at nearly every other institution of it's kind and is irrespective of gender.

This makes a difference because one of Paul's demands was that I have the school change the policy back to what it was before. There was no policy.

What has happened to me has been a perfect storm of failure of the school administration to have a policy in line with most other preschools and MRA needing a common foe to unify and mobilize.

I see the the matter of circumcision is also an MRA issue. Please note I wrote a very high-traffic, discussion-prompting article about it on my blog last year. Following this, the Tribune ran a story about modern circumcision in the Sunday paper.

I am not an enemy to human rights. I have said my peace on the matter, but this is worth noting because he continues to libelous articles about me.

Please be wise enough to see that MRA is a worthy cause and is only hindered by the poor choices of Paul Elam.
