Tl;Dr: I did not have any physical contact with an underage girl.

Background: I'm 30, my wife is 27 we've been married 4 years and were together for 4 years before that. We've been having issues for a while.

So, about a week ago I was picking up some hibachi take out, while I was paying the cashier was flirting hard with me. Talking about tattoos and what not, I'm covered in them, she's got a few. She tells me I'm interesting, and I give her my number and tell her to text me.

After a few days of texting, I learn she's just started at the local community college, and that we share a lot of the sale interests. She invites me to where she works, to come by and chat. She works at the local bar and they had Heiniken on special. I go with an associate, drink 2 beers then leave.

Couple days later, wife finds out all this. It's a small town, and I wasn't hiding anything. Hell, I didn't even do anything to be ashamed of. So, I wasn't really caring if she found out.

Like I said, we've been having issues. She's been acting selfish and not concerned about being my partner in the marriage. She chooses to spend her free time with her friends, and will even go spend my time off with her friends. Leaving me at the house, she moved an abused woman and her two kids into my house with out asking me. I was pissed.

But I didn't Yell or cause a scene, I was just tired of it app by this point.

Just had to get it off my chest, I'm out of the house now. Let's see how this goes.

Edit I just found out she was under 18 last night.
