Since most rapes occur between two people who know each other what this poster should say is, "Its rape if she feels like it is! Do you have an alibi? Can you prove consent? PROTECT YOURSELF!"

Then on college campuses, since their "judicial hearings" use a lower burden of proof, it could say, "stay the fuck away from girls before she asks us to expel you."

If you want the world to be more gender neutral, then start by seeing it and acting as if it is gender neutral. No victim of sexual assault is at fault, male or female. I think you all are devaluing me and other guys when you insinuate that only men are the criminals of this ad. If any of you have been the victim of assault, you know that you really could do little to prevent it, whether due to physical restraints or psychological ones.

This ad is saying the victim is not to blame. Even though we all can do things to protect ourselves, someday one of us might fall victim to a psychotic chick drugging us and raping us because she wants to get preggo and have a sugar daddy. The only way to eliminate sexual assault is for the perpetrators to stop doing it.

This is ridiculously condescending... It implies that everyone (men and women, because no gender is mentioned, although we all know they are mainly targeting men with that) is actually a potential rapist. The one I hate the most is #9 "carry a whistle". Implying that someone cannot accidentally rape someone else is foolish. The sarcastic quotes are silly. There are many cases of accidental rape, consent is not always a black and white situation, and statutory rape can be committed without the "rapist" knowing that the "victim" is under age.

This whole philosophy is stupid. This is like telling any criminal not to commit a crime. Isn't that the point of the law? They know not to commit the crime, they choose to do it anyway, telling them not to isn't going to make one damn bit of difference.

Y'all are dumb as fuck. The picture acts as a parody of "tips to avoid getting raped" posters. Basically, as those posters put the responsibility on the victim to avoid being raped, it suggests that it is entirely their fault if they are raped. This is changed around in this poster by placing the responsibility on the potential rapist, and proves that such posters are useless at best, and offensive at worst.

This is a good thing. A lot of people who commit rape think that they're not crossing the line. According to a Harvard study, about 6% of men will admit to rape if you don't use the word "rape" when you ask them about it. This is probably because they don't know what they did was rape, because they don't know what is or isn't unacceptable.

This is why we need to bombard people with the message that rape is unacceptable.

It seems much easier to me to tell women not to get raped. In fact, there should be some sort of equation to figuring out who's more responsible for the rape. Like you take into account that women have boobs. If they didn't want it, they wouldn't go around walking with boobs.

Similarly, if the criminal scum of Gotham don't want me to break their jaws, they clearly would not have resorted to crime due to socioeconomic forces. Take for example, my hit movie Batman Begins II: The Wrath of Batman, where latina boob officer is knocked unconscious and possibly killed because of health insurance or something. Her fault for getting in the way of Bro Face's gun.
