Feminism wishes to treat the word 'feminism' as synonymous with the word 'women' and then to treat any objection to any feminist belief or action as "being against women". This artificial equation between feminism and women, as if those are the same, is used to force acceptance of violent ideas and actions, by disqualifying criticism against feminism as "hating women". This is not merely wrong, but clear and cut dangerous, to any human - women included.

Feminism is not a divine theory given to feminists from the almighty, such that nothing stated in feminism could be wrong and hence any criticism on feminism is a sin of "hating women". You can criticize feminism and love women, you can criticize feminism and love equality. Some feminists say that women who murder their toddlers should be accepted and understood instead of sentenced and punished - endorsing infanticide, promoting murder. So criticizing feminism when it supports murder, is "hating women"? Let's be clear about what feminists require of all people when demanding that any criticism on feminism would be regarded as "being against women": no matter what feminism would endorse including murdering children, criticizing it is "hating women".

If this is your treatment of feminism, then if feminism will tell you to murder me, will you simply think "any objection to feminism is hating women" and kill me? What about if feminism tells you to kill your mother. At what point do you get to have a human conscious.

Bottom line: you can object feminism, a feminist goal, a feminist belief, and be entirely in favor of equality and loving women (this is called humanism - supporting all humans rather than any particular group of humans, supporting only a group being the premise of racism, not of egalitarianism), because feminists are only human, they can be wrong, or abusive, or cruel. Not everything tagged "feminist" should be revered else "you hate women". Being anti-feminism when feminism becomes chauvinism or harmful, is never "being against women" but necessarily in favor of all humans, as this would be responding to chauvinism and endorsement of harm.

When you criticize a feminist belief or action that makes out of feminism chauvinism or violence, and are accused of being "against women" in that, answer: "feminism and women are not synonymous, objecting violence or chauvinism in feminism is not being against women but supporting equality".

Edit, based on the comments: Perhaps you are not aware of the meaning of the word chauvinism. It is any group demanding privileges. Named after one of Napoleon's officers who after returning from conquests in Egypt formed a group that demanded privileges in the law for military personnel. For 80-90 years the word Chauvinism detonated any group demanding privileges in the law, until the 1970s when feminists attached the word "male" before the word chauvinist for the first time and argued that there are male-chauvinists. Feminism became so powerful since then that the "male" was dropped and people started to believe that chauvinism is somehow tied to "men" by "nature" - but this is only feminist propaganda reaching another tremendous victory in shaping minds, demonizing men and rewriting history. Any group that demands privileges can be, and can be called, chauvinistic, this has nothing to do with the male sex in particular, and currently, feminism has become chauvinism - female chauvinism, female, anti-male chauvinism - demanding privileges in general and in the law. Now that we have de-brainwashed you from the feminist definition of chauvinism as "exclusive to men" planted in your head - please read the post again.
