Maybe he screwed up verbally. But the comment section is right. If he is jailed for spitting similar things, then bad behaved females should also be jailed for hurting innocent guys.

The surgeon said that women exist to satisfy men. Well satisfaction can be created in millions of different forms. I enjoy satisfying my boyfriend. The way of satisfaction depends and varies. For instance, is the woman satisfying with her kindness? Is she satisfying by baking sweets? Is she satisfying by telling stories? Is she satisfying by supporting her partner? Is she satisfying when she wears some eccentric outfit? Is she satisfying by singing?

This man was jailed and fined for saying some things that women find offensive, he wasn't suggesting women be killed or even sexually assaulted.

This seems like a case of double standards and discrimination when most countries have anti-discrimination legislation. How can the people trust the government with anti-discrimination when such obvious cases of discrimination against men are occurring?

He's an unpleasant idiot and we do ourselves no favours by supporting him, although imprisoning someone for being unpleasant is a ludicrous overreaction that does nobody any good.

The issue here is the enormous double standards at play, and the fact that things as bad and worse, up to and including direct incitement to violence, are widely tolerated when said by women about men. I'm not quite sure where websites like Reddit, and governments, and society in general, expect this to end. Even if you personally happen to approve of men being murdered for any reason any woman thinks is reasonable, it should be obvious that making that view public is not likely to endear a lot of men to your cause. It's politically stupid, even from their perspective - and the same goes for this guy. Everyone loses here.

No one should be defending this guy. He's human garbage and what he said was not only false, it was also morally reprehensible.
