Howdy, what’s everyone’s FT access for the ex looking like ?

I have 50/50 of our two young kids (6&3). Ex is demanding in court 10minutes daily/private/uninterrupted FT calls PRIOR to school in the mornings, and 15min of the same prior to bedtime. Total of 25min daily, split into two calls.

This is too much for me. The mornings are always a dash getting them up, breakfast, washed up, dressed, catching the bus on time. Throw in the calls and it becomes a nuisance.

I think 10minutes once a day prior to bed is reasonable.

Her attorney is adding this as an amendment and I guess they expect me to sign it.

I’m tempted to just let the judge decide and state my case instead of agreeing to this outside of court which is what they’re trying to get me to do. Yet I do not want to rack up legal fees. Would probably represent myself (dumb?) I do not want to be obligated to such things in a contract.

PS - I do not get nor expect this type of access. Her time is her time and I can respect that.
