I've felt like killing myself over and over again because I've gotten a lot of rejections from women. Some of them don't find you attractive I'm still single but hopeful. You are not alone who is having difficulty with women. That's a fact. This is the same like some company not hiring you because you are not qualified enough. But if you keep trying regularly, you'll eventually get hired.

I had a suicidal period last year. Many things failing at once, health, career, finding TRP and ingesting the truths after losing my dream girl without having the chance to date her or fuck or anything and I simply couldn't understand why. She went from crazy about me to humiliating me and loving it. Mid-late 20s virgin, had absolutely nothing I valued in life. I'm still obsessed with the my interactions with her nearly a year later.

All you have is time and what you can achieve in that time. It WILL get better, you won't feel as bad or suicidal. This is just the peak of a bad time. Hanging around this place is quite toxic, for me, at least. Seeing and hearing what we'd consider success come so easily and being unable to achieve it, it's brutal. It amplifies the lows for me and makes me obsessed with what I'm constantly reminded "should be a background thing".

I went to a different city yesterday for a social event, and man I felt so confident. I could talk to people easily. I talked to this girl, a friends friend, and I felt like it was going really well. I was very 'masculine' but just having a normal conversation and she looked really into me. It made me realise "oh shit, I probably CAN get laid, my location at the moment is why I am failing." I am rambling here but my point is you can find success outside of this girl, you just are overlooking some factors.

You don't have that kind of control over someone else. So at best you have a situation where you off yourself and maybe the person who you invested so much emotion and of yourself into who just fucked you up, treated you like nothing and bounced might feel something.

If she didn't feel anything about treating you like shit, she won't feel anything about you leaving this world.

What to do?

Suffer through the pain for a bit. Remember the person that you are, not the person others tried to make you. You for you. Call a family member or long time friend, let them know you are fucked up, that you need a reminder about who you are. What your brain is doing to you now will pass.

That strength you spent so much time putting into others, time to put it into you.

Then call a doctor. Tell them you are having a crisis, you need to be seen. Hopefully they can get you on some anti anxiety med that will help you sleep. Reset that wonky brain chemistry. Then back to project you.
