These posters are nice to see among all the negative things I see here usually!

On the other hand, to really reduce male suicide, we need to tackle the systemic institutional discrimination faced by men and boys; a lot of this concerns the legal system (family courts, child support laws, alimony laws, domestic violence shelters). Fatherlessness is another contributor, as well as social isolation (the latter is relevant for autistic men).

The greater proportion of men and boys committing suicide is not an issue of men and boys not opening up; it has been found that men do open up about their problems, they are just not getting the help they need:

The paper titled Masculinities and suicide: unsettling ‘talk’ as a response to suicide in men (Chandler, 2020) argues that men do talk and seek help for their mental health problems. And that focusing on getting men to "speak up" is counterproductive and "detracts attention from structural drivers of suicide" in men.
The authors of Suicide by middle-aged men (UK's National Confidential Inquiry into Suicide and Safety in Mental Health, 2021) find that 91% of middle-aged men who committed suicide were seeking professional help for problems in their lives, including 50% who were seeing a mental health specialist.

Instead, the greater suicide rate in males is the result of discrimination, marginalization, misandry, and a lack of empathy. These posters do to some extent address the last point, which is why I think they're a step in the right direction.

This brings a smile. But the second one is disturbing: why is it "Guys, here us what you can do" Why isn't it "People, here is what you can do". Does this men that only men can help other men?

I'm not hating, but they're trying to solve a systemic issue with an individualist solution.
The male suicide rate isn't three times higher because "men need to talk more". That's a myth.

My issue is point 4 on that second poster, as someone who’s seen many therapists and stuff I can personally attest that the mindset of focusing on getting someone professional help instead of trying to do any help yourself is not a healthy means of helping. You’re passing the buck onto both a therapist who has limited ability and onto the person already struggling, try to find means to help their issues yourself, even just taking interest in their hobbies and trying to spend time with them can go a long way

Sorry to be negative but, is there any particular reason why this message needed to be exclusively directed at "Guys"? Why is it only "guys" that need to do something about it? Do Women not have sons, husbands, brothers and fathers? I don't really approve of this idea that Men should not expect any emotional support from Women.
