both sides submitted mediation statements last week for review prior to our mediation. of course her side is full of easily proven lies which is just lazy. and she still hasnt provided bank statements, because she is hiding money and even worse was doing fundraiser last year for local charities and almost guaranteeed to have not been paying them even close to what she collected.

anyway, the most important part of this divorce is imputing her income because she's a lazy ho POS who fucks married men in her spare time. she makes $70/hour, is claiming the cancer she had treatments for last year is now stage 4 (spoiler alert, its not) and she cant work long flights, fly international, or do back to backs(spoiler alert every weekend trip she worked this year was to dublin, flies out on friday and comes back sunday and a month ago she flew to hawaii 1 way on a friday (12 hours) then back on sunday) her lawyer is as dumb as she is. i dont really even have any interest in discussing anything else related to the divorce, until we can agree on an alimony #, and im fully prepared to end mediation 15minutes in and go to trial if theyre going to be stupid and lie through the whole thing.

just wondering if anyone went into the mediation with a lying monster and she actually finally realized her shit was done, because judges dont like being lied to (im pretty sure theyre not going to care about any lies excecpt financial, which is fine with me)
