any of you guys deal with a totally psycho stbx who is still living in your house during divorce proceeding stealing your mail? its such an obvious proof when i get usps informed delivery, shows 3 envelopes, 1 with my company logo plastered on the top left, ring doorbell shows the mail man delivering all 3 envelopes, with the same logo showing right on top, psycho ex grabs mail, 3 envelopes in her hand, get home, she leaves the house because its my custody day ( i have a TRO against her thats a whole other story) and when i go grab my mail the envelope is nowhere to be seen. this has happened mutiple times, ive told my lawyer who told her lawyer and she continues to do it, and knows we know. id really rather not have to go pickup piles of my mail every week and have it put on hold. feels like calling the usps police will be a total waste of time, im going to add it to my TRO we've been getting delayed every month to start the fro trial since JULY!!! its fucking ridiculous how many times her attorney has made up BS to adjourn the 1st trial date.
