Reading about others sharing their experiences of divorce makes me (28M) feel like I should be... more angry? Pissed of and ready to move on? Numb?

It's been almost three months since my wife (27F), whom I've been with for 7 years, married for almost 3 years, told me that her feelings weren't the same. Since then I've found out that she's had an affair for the majority of our marriage and we're now getting a divorce.

I've been angry about it and told her so, but the truth is that I'm much more sad than I am angry. Like these last couple of months have just been one big sobfest: hearing one of our songs on the radio? Crying. Eating the type of food she used to cook? Crying. Seeing any of our common friends? Crying. Going to bed alone? Crying.

I'm trying to just take it day by day and making today a little bit better than yesterday, but it seems like the only thing I can do is cry. I've accepted that this divorce is necessary because I never will (or want to) trust her again, but it still doesn't take away the fact that I love her.

I don't want to become a cold or angry person, because that is not who I am nor who I want to be, but there must be something in-between being pissed off and feeling like this? What helped y'all being less sad?

TL;DR: Can't stop being sad after divorce. What to do?
