Dude, get a lawyer. Her and her lawyer are pulling some shady shit. You never know what she'll say in court and if you say the wrong thing you can fuck yourself without a lawyer there.

Call her bluff. Do not renegotiate. Give her one chance to honor the agreement (if you feel it is fair to you) and warn her that you will obtain counsel at her cost if she attempts any changes or continues to operate in bad faith. Also, at the same time: start interviewing 2-3 lawyers. Ask any friends for recommendations. Decide who you’d go with, and don’t waste time, sort it out in 1-2 weeks. If she blinks tell her all the lawyers you interviewed and retain your counsel. Then all communication will be through them. She will end up paying.

Edit: I’ve never had to do this, but it seems the best way. My BPD ex tries to back out of agreements that she has signed and been paid for and I make it clear that I’m only asking for what she agreed and was paid for (extremely minimal child care). She is usually fair to a fault, so this usually is enough. Do not back down or accept less than the agreed mediation terms.

They will impute her income at the level of her last position. She can’t just decide to not work and honor her commitments to your child.

You should have gotten alimony too if the pay disparity is that much

Typically, yes. Nothing is "final" until it is incorporated into a judgment of the court. Silly her, though, now you should get a lawyer. It's rare that you get a chance to correct a mistake, don't waste it.
