So the wife is going full aggressive. She wants the house, the kids and for me to pay for it. Standard stuff. I obviously don’t agree. We tried to come up with a temporary agreement between lawyers. But that’s not going anywhere. So next stop seems to getting in front of a judge to get them to issue temporary orders.

So what on earth do I do in the short term? That could be several months, and my wife has already taken the kids for three weeks. She moved in with her parents, I still haven’t spent a night away, but do have another place I am leasing.

Anyone go through the process this way? I feel like I have no rights.
