For entitled people a man doing his best is never enough. They want it all while doing nothing. I have seen husbands providing and keeping the household while the stay at home wife watches tv. When they get overwhelmed and demand her to do some chores he is called demanding, controlling, abusive, etc...

You have to see the red flags and not get involved with a woman like this. For her it is never enough and she will only make you suffer.

It's just how it is being a father. You work hard all your life to be a better man, father, husband, etc. by doing what you're designed to do. For women it will never be enough. That's how they're designed. Work hard and make the time you spend with your kids valuable. You work on yourself and become better for yourself and your kids. Not for the woman. If she can't see or understand your struggles and does support you then she's not worth your time.

Becoming the best version of yourself opens up many doors in life. Women will see that too because you'll have more confidence, more drive, more purpose and stability. You'll have the opportunity of abundance to pick a good woman to be by your side, or just stay a bachelor. Either way, stay true to yourself and keep standing tall as the man you are. Well those are two extreme ends of the spectrum. People who are negative about SAHDs are sexist and fail to realize how much work that is. On the other end of the spectrum, that’s really not good for the rest of the family. People who are judgmental fail to realize that in our current economic system, it cannot be avoided for many. If a man chooses to work 24/7 when it’s not necessary though, that’s really not being a good father.

I feel like men need to start setting work/life boundaries from the beginning and long before marriage. Write everything he wants out of life and what he expects and her do the same so everyone is on the same page. To many young women have these hallmark delusions in their heads. He can work 60+ hours a week while she does her scented candle start up and he will still come home and be her prince charming and cook for her and make her the center of the universe. Once the kids come he will still make all the games and never miss an activity while her new aromatherapy healing hot rock massage start up is getting off the ground.

You should find a job that pays you enough to provide for the family while simultaneously being at home, learn to delegate the work to others. Become a manager, yes it is sociopathic but it will help you.

If you work hard, at some point down the line she will accuse you of 'never being (t)here' and divorce you since she's not haaapy. Don't do that.

Stay at home, play with the kids, don't work long hours and have some me time under the pretence you're working.

Never provide for someone your genetics don't allow for, and yes, improve your physique but don't get an 8 if you're a 7. Nothing you'll ever do will be enough.

Spend time doing family-friendly things and NEVER EVER let society trap you with more responsibilities (mortgage, a demanding job, availability etc)

Unfortunately it is what it is, and it is the way it is. My dad risked his own life at work to provide for his family and give my mother, me and my siblings a luxurious family life, but my mom was neither happy nor grateful. The lessons I learned from my dad's life is one of the reasons why I'm a proud MGTOW today.

I think we hear so many cries, from the same camp, with polar opposite opinions... that it gets hard to figure out what they want. Feminism is trash, as it is a movement so heavily tarnished by toxic people that anyone who assosiates with them ether are blind to current topics, or are often quite toxic themselfs. And when two toxic people scream about sahd, and sole provider, they are usually just too hung up on the fact that these people are men.

For every sahd, there is a sole provider mom. For every sole provider dad, there is a sahm. If the dynamic of raising kids on a single income is their issue, then they do a SHIT job of communicating that.

"Oh but men on average does less housework". Yes, but who lifts the heavy object, changes the tires, fixes the sink and so on?

It all boils down to missandry. Something you do is just wrong in their eyes, no matter what you do. Unless you want to cuck yourself to the point of losing whatever edge you have that makes you interesting as a person.

My advice? See it for what it is. And if it comes form your partner? Try talking with your partner, and describes the feelings regarding being looked down on, and how society often deem the natural masculine approach as wrong. We see this so much in development of kids, how society just gives up on boys.
