I always hear the analogy: "Being a woman is drowning in the middle of a swamp looking for a piece of land." I always hear "yeah I may get a lot of likes and matches, but it's just from dudes who want sex."

Yet when I look at my female friends Hinge / Bumble, I see a lot of quality men seeking a relationship. I read their text messages, and they seem normal.

I then ask them "Are most guys super grabby and gross on dates," and I always hear 'no, not really like that at all.'

To use an analogy, I hear women say they have nothing but junk trashy cars to choose from, yet when I see my friends looking for cars they have choices like "2015 Camry, 2017 Civic, 2014 Kia Shortage." Sure these cars aren't glamorous, but they're better than the beat up bicycle I'm stuck with.

I'm unsure if women on Reddit think their selection is trash when in reality it's perfectly fine, or if I'm missing something here.
