She: I want a husband, so I can work less.

Guess who will have to work more to make up for the $$ loss?

She: I want a real men, a real airplane, a real pony, real credit cards, real ATM cards, a real new car and van. BTW No sex, I am past that stage of my life.

[–]CledusBeefpile 67 points68 points69 points 3 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Yeah, that’s all I would see so I stopped trying to find anyone online. Gotta throw in the part about how much they love the outdoors. To be fair, guys do the same thing.

  1. My kids are my world and will always come first
  2. I’m done having fun and sleeping around
  3. Take it or leave it
  4. she’s covered in trashy tats

I mean, fucking A, what man could turn down that offer?

Hey, beaches are outdoors. So are the parking lots outside the places that you'll be picking up the bill.

Anything outside the four walls of her phone screen is outdoors.

If you chose that, there would be about 190,000,000 of them.

You'll be way rich, so that won't be a problem. A problem for her, I mean.

I am looking for a long term relationship with a respectable and well-mannered man. My children have never known their father and I am looking for someone who could be a great role model to them.

Translation: I offer none of what I demand in return, nor an equitable substitute. My children are undisciplined brats and I need an unpaid babysitter for them.

(note that they are getting near needs bail paid age as well)

I don't want an open relationship or a cheater. I am a one man woman. I'm not a booty call or a one night stand. I want a man with integrity, no players.

Translation: I spent from puberty until now chasing philanderers, being the other woman, and getting pumped and dumped by liars and players.

A queen who deserves to be treated as such. Looking for someone who would allow me to work less so we can travel and enjoy life together.

Translation: I am looking for a man content to be maltreated as a lowly peasant, and who will pay for beach vacations and watch the kids in the hotel room while I get strange dick down at the beach, and otherwise be the retirement plan that I deep down know that I do not deserve.

[–]MustardWendigo 20 points21 points22 points 3 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

Queens provide for their people or they tend to be deposed and removed and generally in really awful ways.

Weird how they claim to be queens, leech of the people they should be caring for and then act shocked and upset when they get ditched for even a -slightly- better option.

[–]Overlordofwhatever 11 points12 points13 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

They want the privilege, authority and respect of a queen but not the responsibility

Can you choose what specific bug splatters across your windshield when you're driving on the highway? Can you choose what item of junk mail winds up in your mailbox? When you get a handful of change at the store, can you choose what year is stamped on each penny? Can you choose what dumb analogies I happen to dream-up at this very instant?

You, lunkheaded male, would answer: Don't drive, don't open the mailbox, don't spend money, don't read stuff on Reddit. Pah! You men just don't get it! You don't understand how difficult it is to stop semen from randomly blasting out of every penis that's pointed at you.

It all makes sense to me, now. I purchased a hamster to explain it to me. POS men (criminals, thugs, bikers, drug dealers, ex-cons) are highly valued by women due to tingles. The 9-5 squares are losers, until these same women need a bailout because Ray Ray ran off with another 403.

She: but, but he said he loved me. I believed him.

Me: Why not take a look at a good man, first?

She: They are boring.

Precisely why so many men are opting out of the rat race.

I'm altogether too average to appear on most women's radar. As a single dude ~$30k is plenty enough for me to get by on, provided I'm smart about it, and earning so little (relatively speaking) means Uncle Sam helps himself to a much smaller percentage of my income to pay for their bastards.

It's not ideal. I'd prefer to be married with children in a healthy, prosperous society built on traditional western values. Alas, one plays the hand one is dealt, not the one of which one dreams.

[–]SceneAccomplished549 30 points31 points32 points 3 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

I truly would love to know; do women honestly believe that after they pump out a kid or three and become a single mom that they're God's gift to the world and that all men should be jumping for joy to be able to date her or do they realize they fucked up royally?

[–]ijustdontcare74 25 points26 points27 points 3 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

That would require introspection, being honest with oneself and accepting responsibility for her actions......NEVER going to happen!!

We all know reason and accountability are a woman's Kryptonite.

a "kaaahhh waaaah eeeeeen" who works 2 jobs. 2 jobs.

[–]jmpiresJr. Hamster Analyst 13 points14 points15 points 3 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Maybe she has her little Commonwealth. Queen of this, queen of that, there you have the 2 jobs!

How the fuck can both be full time really grinds my gears, and probably to one of her bosses too.

[–]SnakeEyeskidthrew her a dildo then went to play Zelda 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Well I worked 150-250% (timewise, often filling two or more positions at the same time, that's what it takes to advance in STEM without a degree where I live, there's a reason I never had debt) and studied medicine ("med school" /LÄK) at triple.speed (300%) with, well the response was positive from clients, uni etc but I am rarely satisfied.

I know that doesn't add up, med school here is not very time consuming but they count it as 100%=40h/w....I just studied on my breaks 2h week... While doing simpler tasks and sometimes, relaxing (started smoking tobacco "again" to get an excuse go not work/study on my breaks for a few minutes a day), I mean it went on for three years so some months I actually had breaks but as a specialist with at the time a unique skill set, I had to be on call 24/7 and to be manage 2 positions and extra work at the same time, my breaks where just a few consequence of slow super computers. Almost 10 days with over 8h free time each year still I guess, I shouldn't complain.

But living in left wing clown world (Sweden) the state just ribbed me of my early retirement (woukd be done before 30)....

[–]jmpiresJr. Hamster Analyst 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Well if by full-time you take the generally accepted 9-to-5 definition, you can't have two... because you can't be in both in that time bracket.

Other "full time" jobs may just as well take you 40 hours per week but purposefully avoiding business hours there has to be a huge pay cut.

Were you planning to retire before being 30? Or working 30 years? (which seems far more reasonable)

[–]SnakeEyeskidthrew her a dildo then went to play Zelda 0 points1 point2 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Retire before 30 and, normal times here are 7:30-16:00, I worked 5-6:00-22:00ish often.

During the first part I would fill two positions (data analysis to simplify) for two clients simultaneously. While computer 1 was loading and gathering data I was setting up and starting other data requests on the second one and while it was loading I was crunching the data from computer 1.

Then when it was time for a break I would time in the biggest batches on both computers so when I was done eating/drinking coffee in mass, I would have to increase my speed.

Then after the others went home around 15-17 I would work on the yearly reports, pure overtime. This was the most difficult task and I would keep working with it til I reached either a goal or the headaches got to bad.

I tried to get most routines (daily, weekly, monthly etc) done as soon as I could since I would ofc get other tasks, sometime the afternoon was holding xcourses cuz the guy who was supposed to for some reason didn't feel like it (usual excuse was dental visits).

Often other clients asked for me but thosr jobs where to be done 800km away from my main clients. Sometimes my current ones hadn't prolonged my contract (yet) so the consult firm initially did sign me up for those projects and then they would replace me.

Three times I did the 800km gig a monday (holidays like Easter so my daytime jobs granted me time off), traveled back to my main clients and was back grinding at Tuesday.

When one projected was ending the clients usually had a new one for me, sometimes. Yes I lived in a work apartment during the workdays.

The days I had off I either looked at possible real estate or renovating those I already had to work on together with my father.

I had no time to spend the money rly, it was put in different insurances, crypto and real estate. Sometime I would need to prep a 4-8h course,

That went on for roughly 3-4 years..

In hindsight I do recon it wasn't rly, healthy and before I hit my goal points I got more responsibility and work but less hours aswell as, multiple tragedies in my private life (friends checking out, family separating, dog dying, ye that month broke me) aswell as being the only consult the client kept around, so I lived in a ghost town during the Swedish winter, only meeting people during work hours and, I was now working with mainly engineers as a drop out meaning, the free time was spent learning new skills just to keep up and be able to deliver the results.

Body and mind eventually couldn't deal with it and I have been working to become healthy enough to get maybe a degree or a more, normal job I guess.

But, most of my savings have gone to health care (ye it ain't free in Sweden, just subsidized), rents. My unemployment insurances were just, gone seized by the former government, any "welfare" I received was simply taken from my unions insurances and "given to me", taxed twice and one day, before I even had been able to return to the work force I got a call telling me that all those social securities that I paid for was now gone. Each "sick day" took one day from my insurance but, they just gave me a third of that so, ye...

And some people wonder why "the far right" won in Sweden...

Now for another training session/rehab workout.

I guess technically I haven't worked in my 30s and my networth excluding those insurances are about the same but obviously I couldn't keep doing real estate deals, but the value of the one I live in has quadrupled or more (didn't rly make a huge profit after taxes on those I sold), other then free labor as one is often forced to do in Sweden if receiving "welfare" like half days in health care or just "busy work", "work training 'etc. Nothing hard. Most months I've had to live of my savings while still loosing insurance days.

Ofc the industry I was involved in has been demolished by the former government so, ye FML I guess..

Good grief. A 34 year old mother of two children (both of whom don’t know their father(s)) wants a lottery ticket errr rich man so she can work less and travel more and be treated as a queen. Shocking.

The failure to even comprehend that if she works less someone else must work more to pick up the difference is just pure arrogance. She won’t be taking budget vacations either so she’ll want the best holiday you can provide. That’s even before we get to the fact that she has two kids already and most men aren’t looking for that dynamic either.

Of course she didn’t focus on finding “a respectable, honest and well-mannered man.” before having kids and all that. That’s crazy talk. Lol.

Naw, dawg. Haven't you seen 'Pretty Woman'? Some leveraged buyout dude or bitcoin tycoon could easily afford to raise her standard of living. It won't be a problem for him cuz he'll have a place to land his Zeppelin in the back yard and stuff. All she has to do is "be confident" to attract a good partner. That's the kind of advice that women say all the time.

I was OK with all that, until the last paragraph.

No honey, if I'm gonna do all that other stuff for you, I'm gonna be the stay-at-home dad. You need to keep working those jobs, and maybe even more, to support me while I do the role model (discipline!) and homemaking for those kids. You don't get to work less.

[–]NBA_MSG 1 point2 points3 points 3 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

The funny part about these ransom note list of demand profiles is she offers nothing over the millions of single mothers aged 18-33 other than shes more worn out and her kids are harder to deal with.

Why would any single dude choose her over a slightly better generic single mom who's only 29, or only 24, or only 18 or ...

If she were alone on a deserted island, she could get away with offering nothing. But if she has millions of identical competitors all also offering nothing, why pick the ancient empty egg carton?
