I would suggest the direct approach, as in: ”So wait, is the purpose of this trip to meet and greet and mingle, and we’re exclusive now, how is that going to work?”

Don’t give ultimatums, just let him work it out verbally. He might cancel, he might invite you, he might just say he’d like to go and hang with his boys and play golf or whatever. You can always press with, ”Look, I don’t want to be the clingy, jealous gf who wants to ruin your fun and never have friends, but given that this seems to be a meet/mingle with girls and that hijinks and shenanigans may be involved you can see why I might think this is an ‘other than fantastic’ idea. If we are going to be a couple, we need to figure out how to handle this.”. Then let him talk. If he says smth like ”You're right” or ”Babe, I get what you mean, but I really want to hang with my boys,” he’s at least acknowledging your side of things.

The difference in the scenario, and one that he has to acknowledge and deal with with you, is that this isn’t just an ordinary “guys trip”.

I wouldn't be comfortable. I would talk to him about your worries and ask why you couldn't join. Ask him why he wants to go, still. In my opinionand experience my man would respect my concerns, as long as they are reasonable, and make an effort to make me feel better. Perhaps you can come along? If other women are allowed, I'd think you could, too. Good luck. Definitely an awkward situation.

I (29F) have been seeing a guy (28M) for a while now and we just became exclusive. Things have been going great other than one thing. He has a pre planned trip with his guy friends. There are also four girls going, one of the male friends invited a couple of his female friends and asked the girls to each bring a friend. The whole purpose of this trip in his words was for the guys to meet girls, but now things have changed since he met me. I’m not controlling or jealous but I feel very uncomfortable that they’re all going on a trip where excessive drinking will happen and where everyone will be in close quarters.
