In the past I've waited until that moment when we lock eyes, and then I ask if I can kiss her. Sure it's not as wild as just going for it, but you can always do that on the second kiss without asking! It's also respectful to let her give consent first, and sets a good precedent she might actually appreciate. If you do get turned down it's not nearly as embarrassing, you felt it in the moment, you asked, and you can apologize if you misread the situation nbd, whereas if you just go for it now she's withdrawing and getting up and it's more awkward, now you have to apologize for violating her personal space.

I mean if all of your friends say bro you're so dumb just kiss her already it's probably fine, but sometimes if you don't have the nerves to go for it, maybe you'll have the nerves to ask out loud.

She's interested in you so clearly there's nothing wrong with you! Secondly be confident and relaxed. You both are intimate already so you just need to take it slow. Don't rush in and ask her if you can kiss her. This works for me all the time

I’ve experienced this a lot in the past too. Initiating physical touch has been a struggle of mine in the past. I think in part it comes from low self esteem and inferiority complex. Recognize you are a human person, an equal part in the dynamic of relating to another human, and most of us have very similar desires(touch, kissing, romance). Honestly next time there’s a moment that feels good, ask, and go for it. You’ll both be relieved.

Listen brother, be tactical about it... As you two are talking about something, go in for the kiss very....very...veeeeerrrryyyy....slowly. Just keep talking to her, and keep looking her in the eyes, and ever so slowly keep getting closer and closer. When you get to the point where your mouth is only about an inch from hers...just pause, and hover there. The suspense and tension will drag her in, and she'll close the final distance and make the kiss happen. You just hold your position confidently, and kiss her back as she kisses you. You've got this. It honestly can be better to be this way, i know it probably sucks that you don't feel confident enough to take necessary steps to "take your relationships to the next stage" but I always say that being seen as oblivious or even dumb is better than being seen as someone who "makes people uncomfortable by misinterpreting their actions" (I know thats not you but once people start rumouring it your social life might get ruined). So my advice would be: leave those steps to women, let them initiate, if they really like you they shouldnt hesitate as they have fewer consquences to worry about.
