Just need to vent...

In addition to divorce and fighting w/ the ex, it feels like I'm having to take on the legal system as well. I live in a small city ~50k, there is one attorney known as the best (3rd generation of attorney, knows everyone, etc., etc.) That is who my ex retained. When I hired a lawyer who is an outsider that moved here, he said he sees a lot of the "Good Old Boy" system still at play and told me it'd be a fight from the get-go.

My attorney filed for a change of Judge because the one who was to hear our case once worked for my ex's attorney. We were granted that. However, today her attorney filed for a motion to reconsider, essentially they want *Their judge back.
