I'm a 24M who is a big fan of self improvement. I consider myself quite successful and I am grateful for all the good things I have in my life, but have always suffered from a low self-esteem due to childhood issues and bullying.
Whenever I meet girls, they always tell me I look nervous or appear shy. I really try to control my body language and posture, but I guess there must be something I am doing to appear nervous. I think maybe I move around a bit too much. Any tips for mitigating this without going into red pill tactics?
Even when I make a conscious effort to speak slowly and clearly, say less, sit back and make eye contact and try to be warm and outward in my body language, it still fails and I get told I look nervous. It makes me cringe to think this is how I appear to people.
