I personally learnt the tough way. It happened when a high value man didn't want to be with me anymore because he realised he can get a better girl. I realised how I was looking at the world from the lense of low value people and this is why I was not good enough for the high value man. A lot of people tried to tell me that I should be with a low value man because he will accept me the way I am and its the hvm's fault for having standards. But I realised I will never be happy with a lvm because I'm not attracted to him.

I was already quite traditional in my values (wanted commitment, not interested in casual sex) but now I went one step higher. I realised that if I want a traditional man who is high value and I want him to commit to me, I need to earn that commitment instead of demanding it. And traditional hvm will not settle down with women that don't meet their standards.

I did a whole transformation both with my attitude and image. I started attracting the best quality men and lvm were either not interested in me or used to hate me. The things that hvm used to find attractive, these lvm used to hate (they commented about how I had very high standards in men, I was obsessed with looking pretty and I acted dumb around hvm). Their definition of a dumb woman was someone who didn't give her opinions and smiled and made cute faces while talking. Everything that Hvm found cute these lvm used to hate.

That's when I realised I wasn't doing anything wrong.
