Would it be possible to get a quick source on the 20% of sexually active girls 12-18 are trying to get pregnant? I just want to have my facts straight and that sounds a bit far fetched to me.

My list:

If you are talking about comprehensive sex education:

Paternity testing (not just for the unmarried):
- how to do it
- where to do it
- what the process is
- motherless testing
- home testing
- mothers - may not know for certain who the dad is either
- guessing - not good enough
- child's appearance as indicator of paternity - same thing as guessing
- if it's possible the mother might not know who the dad is, give her a specimen for her to test, but don't sign onto anything without running your own test
- never trust results unless they come from specimens you 100% control or come from a court ordered forensic test
- testing, just for certainty or reassurance - acceptable and generally a good idea
Paternity fraud:
- affidavits of parentage - NEVER sign one without a paternity test
- how not to become a victim of paternity fraud by estoppel (within and outside of marriage)
Birth control:
- never take another person at their word that they are on birth control
- spermjacking
Sex:
- fantasy vs reality
- reality - generally speaking the world's most over-rated human activity
- in case she doesn't orgasm, you might care, or you might not give a damn - both acceptable
- in case one or both of you get bored, it's acceptable to stop and go pull one off over the toilet
- masturbation - a waste of time, but most people do it any way so hurry up and get on with your life
Health:
- VD
- Circumcision - probably best left for consenting adults but what's done is done
False allegations of rape - they are frequent, therefore:
- don't stick your dick in crazy
- don't be alone with crazy
- don't be drunk with crazy
- the difference between sexual assault and consensual sex while drunk
- how you can be caught up in the legal system of thrown out of school / job even if you didn't rape someone
- some nice examples
- no due process for college students; innocents thrown out all the time
- innocence project - some nice examples
- always be recording -- when it's legal and when it's not
False allegations of domestic violence - they are frequent, therefore:
- don't hang around with crazy
- don't have relationships with crazy
- don't stick around for crazy
- don't hang around women with a temper; because the system is bigoted against men, in case an altercation arises, you will always be blamed even for defending yourself
- mandatory arrest - theory, practice and general bigotry
Rape:
- erection does not equal consent
- orgasm does not equal consent
- no means no
- you can be raped by someone you actually liked
- you can decide you don't want to have sex because you'd rather watch football
- the difference between sexual assault and consensual sex while drunk
- teachers having sex with students is statutory sex abuse
- difference between statutory and forcible rape
- boys can be victims of statutory rape even if they liked it at the time it happened
- peer pressure - if it grosses you out, you don't have to eat it
- not all cases of rape can be prosecuted because of evidence & proof
Gender roles:
- chivalry is shit
- damseling is shit - you don't have to put up with it, entertain it, or tolerate it
- negative stereotypes about men
- "real man" - generally only invoked when trying to convince a guy to do something that is not in his best interest
- women - just ordinary people, not royalty and not princesses; no special treatment necessary
- may use guilt to try to control you - ok to ignore
Divorce:
- 66 - 75% initiated by women
- you will likely have your house taken and have your children taken from you
- "no fault" divorce - does not mean that a court won't declare the man at fault
Child custody:
- difference between joint legal custody and shared custody
- fair outcomes - more the exception than the norm
- non-custodial visitation orders - generally not enforced
Child support:
- Bradley amendment; importance of lawyering up and support modifications

I personally think its crazy that if a woman stole your sperm and got pregnant from it she could file for child support, and also can file it towards a sperm donor

At least some of this is false. I personally looked up the safe haven laws and most only give a few days or up to a month.

I can confirm that many of the statements are true, but definitely some are false. And without a source, it has no credibility given that I know it is lying at some points.

This makes me sick if it's true. I'm sure, as with most things, the truth lies somewhere in the middle. I know in deleware, 50/50 custody arrangements are very common and the parent who makes less can file for support. I doubt things are this bleak, but I know men often get screwed over in the family Court system and it's not right. Please know there are women out there who support you!
