Thousands of dads are left in shock as DIY paternity tests soar. Up to 30,000 tests are being performed every year, says Alphabiolabs. In the UK about 750,000 babies are born every year. Feminists want the test to be illegal without the written consent of the mother.

she will tweet her #MeToo story in a few years wherein she details a time when she walked into a room and half the men had their hands on their cocks.

and the men who were just trying to take a piss will lose their jobs and be shamed.

You missed the point again, the thread starters point is it is an infringement on the men's privacy to have to pee in front of a woman. It would be if women had to pee in front of men.

Sounds like sexual harassment to me.

She also broke rules 37 and 38 of the Parliment Rules of Behaviour

"After a man standing at the urinals pointed out her mistake "

Either she's completely oblivious to her surroundings and should be removed or it was not as innocent as they claim.

" by innocently wandering into the gents "

I don't think she can be claimed to have done it by accident after she supposedly then walked into a cubicle after the guy points out she's in the wrong bathroom. It doesn't say, but the implication seems to be that she used a cubicle in the male bathroom.

But not rule 34. Thankfully.

[–]Clemicus 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Everyone - - including Corbyn -- is thankful for that.

[–]Mencite 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yea it would be seen as sexual harassment if a man had been watching the woman.

[–]PintSizedSaxon 43 points44 points45 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

If anyone pulls her up on this she will call them all racists.

She does look like a bloke.

I can't believe anyone would vote for her as she is borderline retarded. The black woman card is strong here...

[–][deleted] 11 points12 points13 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

She really looks like she is developmentally disabled. Her face is so indicative of some kind of retardation. I don't say that about just anybody. Like she has some genetic issue.

[–]mwobuddy 2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Screenshots incoming now from 2X showing how mensrights thinks blacks are mentally retarded because of their facial features.

Women using the men's bathroom has been happening for a long time. It's not very common, but in some places seeing a 20 minute line waiting for the women's bathroom, I can understand why a woman would do that. Of course a man doing the opposite wouldn't be nearly as tolerated.

In the UK some women have been charged with using the men's toilet. If you call the police they can be charged with breach of the peace:

If they see you using the urinal then they could be potentially charged with voyeurism but the cases I have heard and actually seen women were charged with a breach of the peace:

It happened at a concert, a woman went into the men's toilet in front of a police officer. She was arrested.

What constitutes a breach of the peace?

It is now widely accepted that the correct definition for breach of the peace is that which was given in the case R v. Howell (1981), ie, that the behaviour of the person involved caused the police officer (or private citizen) to believe that:

a breach of the peace had or would occur.

They will get a criminal record. You just have to take a picture of the woman in the gents and call the police or call the police directly.

Yea interesting its just that most men would feel they shouldn't complain about these type of things. Would be interesting if more men tried it.

The case you're thinking of however may have happened in the US.

What really boils my blood is this sentence from the article:

After a man standing at the urinals pointed out her mistake, she said ‘Sorry’ – before calmly heading to one of the cubicals and closing the door.

At this point she absolutely knew what she was doing, and, no, this was not a case of she couldn't hold it a second longer because she "calmly" headed to a cubicle.

Why complain? We all know that men have no rights a female need respect./s

Arrest her now.

[–]blueoak9 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

She represents Hackney North and Stoke Newington which has voted labour since its formation in 1950. I suppose racists and sexist might not take this into account.

[–]nforne 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

How did she land such a safe seat? Is she from the area or was she parachuted in?

[–]geniice 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

How did she land such a safe seat?

Previous MP was having a falling out with the labour party during a turbulent period although since he was 75 it may have been a retirement as much as anything else. Abbott has previously been involved in london local politics and with the abolition of the Greater London Council (it was rather left wing see so didn't go down to well with the conservative goverment of the day) was one of a number of labour people moved in the dirrection of westminister.

Is she from the area

Born just under 5 miles from it.

[–]ageontargaryarn 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I guess I deserve the name calling then.. Sorry, my bad didn't know that

[–]nforne 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I for one didn't assume you were being sexist, as the Labour Party often insists on all-women shortlists (though perhaps not at the time that Abbott was elected). All-women shortlists were illegal under sex discrimination laws, so the Labour Party amended the law when they were last in power.

One notable exception was when they allowed Jack Dromey, the former union leader and husband of Labour MP Harriet Harman, onto the shortlist for one of the safest seats in the country.

Harman is a huge supporter of all-women shortlists, and uses her position on the National Executive Committee to insist on them. That is, until her husband was in the running, when she was notably absent, paving the way for his election. He's currently Labour's Shadow Minister for Work and Pensions.

So she accidentally walks into the wrong toilets and we're demonizing her? Is this sub men's rights or is it men's answer to feminism?
