As an aside, I had thought there would be a good documentary on the disposability of men with regard to the Rwandan genocide.

All I could find was a paper behind a pay wall talking about women perpetrators and agency and how it was detrimental that the world didn’t view women as capable of being equal participants...

I can’t even find a gender breakdown of deaths ( I’m sure it exists somewhere but haven’t found it ).

And not one documentary or movie that speaks to male disposability.

"Men don't tell" It's a lifetime movie about a man being battered by his wife. Far as I know, it's the only movie where you see a battered husband instead of a battered wife. When it came out in 1996, feminists were so outraged at this that they never ran it again.
