In '83 Gardner proposed his theory of multiple intelligences. In some of these areas women are indeed "smarter" than men, in others not. That is just how we are created.

I get what she is saying, young boy's when going through School and further education do tend to be slower and less able; but not less intelligent. We often see Boy's seem to care less, staying up late, eating unhealthy, watching pornography etc. which all has an effect on their ability to understand thing's, so if she said Boy's earlier in life and somewhat later in life are less able in terms of comprehension then she would be correct, but by saying they're 'more stupid' is wrong.
