No point trying to reason with these people - sometimes using their own tactics against them works. But they are hypocrites in the extreme so usually not short term - but can work long term.

She is not shaming his penis size, she is saying he have the mentality of a "small dick" in a figured sense, meaning he’s a loser. Even though she is associating a small dick to a loser, she is not shaming the dick size itself, but rather what he are: a loser in lack of attention
