My ex only wants to discuss things via solicitors and its taking soooo long. This has been going in for a year now and there's 3 to 4 weeks between each letter/request. Most of which are ridiculous. There's children, savings and a house in the middle of it all. What's worse is when she thought she would get the house she deliberately wouldn't negotiate/discuss childcare (even via solicitor) and sent a letter saying i was being obstructive and that the house sale was urgent. Now that I have declared I can buy her out everything is taking forever, theres an agreement that says the house can be exchanged for an undisclosed sum of money and she is unwilling to even discuss what that is without her solicitor...its taking months!

Wouldn't even discuss who gets the cats without stonewalling me with "I only want to discuss childcare"
