Here's a funny one for you:

Find a woman who's happy with her partner. Ask her why he's so great. 9 times out of 10 she'll mention something that he does for her. "Oh, my husband is incredible. He does tons of housework, cooks, takes me on romantic getaways, and never forgets to give me a present for my birthday." Other women will chime in about how amazing he sounds.

Now find a man who's happy with his partner. Can you imagine the absolute shitstorm there would be if he publicly said "She cleans really well"? Hell, feminists even have a term for such a woman: a "bang maid."

Thanks to feminist culture, anything a woman does for her partner is demeaning. Her job is to simply occupy space, consume his resources, and live her best life. His job is to make sure she's living her best life and if he fails then her new job is to drag him down with her.

They go as far as to blame men for women's difficulty finding a life partner while congratulating her for high standards and encouraging them to not lower their standards, but lambasting men for supposedly not living up to them.

I also heard some feminists claim that men do not have feelings, downplaying or simply denying the emotional needs of men. One example is "sex tourism", they say men are selfish pigs exploiting women in need. When it comes to women doing the same, they explain that women are looking for love, emotions, yadayadayada, women are perfect theories.

Or in short, they claim men are sex-driven beasts, who want to sexually exploit women and women are emotionally driven and need love. Utter bullshit, but here we are.

Who cares? All people are entitled to their basic needs: food, water, shelter, etc. Being the next step up in Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, All people ARE in fact entitled to meaningful relationships, but for some reason feminists take that to mean we condone rape or something.

Like all feminist concepts it has immidiately undergone scope creep and is now used to for everything the given feminist dislikes in the given moment.

the logic is that men who want to find partners but cant are: not taking care of basic stuff, not trying hard enough, morally flawed, are not doing it the right way or a combination of those, because if he wasnt any or all of those there is no way some woman wouldn't give him the time of the day, right? and how is the expecting that women would do that if he is not even doing that?

meanwhile, its assumed that women always take care of themselves, know how to navigate interpersonal relationships, and that men have lower standards so it has to be either bad luck or a lack of a "suitable man" for her, no matter what standards she has, is her right to put those into men and be disappointed when they don't live up her fantasies.

I think it's because some guys confuse love and sex. They shoot themselves in the foot when someone says "describe your ideal partner" and they list out a bunch of physical things.

It makes it seem like they don't want a partner to share their life with, they want a wet hole to fuck.

You see the same thing with some women when somebody asks what they want in a partner and the answer is a combination of height and income.

It feels gross in either case, like they don't see the other gender as human, but more like a resource to be used.

I guess I see people mocking men for saying they want a woman because of the assumption they mean physically, but I haven't really seen it for guys saying they don't want endlessly date, but instead want a partner they can spend their lives with.

I blame neither men nor women at all for this. I'm casting blame entirely, if not almost entirely on the elites at the highest cohort echelon of the socioeconomic tower for the way our world is going. They control the media & they control the schools. They can purport a narrative & then use persuasion tactics to bind a bond between the narrative & the minds of their people their people will follow it & comply with it no question. Which is exactly what were seeing today in not only the dating scene but in every other factor of our lives. How I coped with this fact is that I realized the most reliable person you can count on & find love is within yourself.

Overthrow & take the very top's power away & we'll change the common mentality much more easily.

So for the men reading this: IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT.

Since even on the "non feminist" side, you will get people still by and large talking about the crisis of men as something by and large where men need to shape up and it is on them, paired with mostly anecdotal evidence about stuff like "too much video games, too low social skills, does not apply himself enough", etc. I am a bit skeptical about society as a whole.

While it is likely possible to cut away the extremes and stop the sheer toxic belligerent insanity, there will likely always remain a huge double standard which people ignore or go to great length to justify.

I think the whole trans debate illustrates it very well.

People on the right will criticize it in very similar ways that the "old guard" of feminism will.

...meanwhile no one asks things like "wait, if a trans person comitting prison rape on women is bad, is male on male or female on female prison rape not just as bad then?" or "if bathroom privacy is a big issue, why is it okay when women enter men's bathrooms for convenience"?

I fear there always will be the fact remaining that people emotionally react very differently to such things based on whether it is a man or a woman.

It is something one constantly needs to push back against in the same way that we alas seem to constantly need to push back against nepotism, tribalism and similar human failings to actually live up to a consistent moral framework and the rules for a functioning society...

If they tell you what to do or how to act, do the opposite, this is what they want.
If they guilt, shame, intimidate, or coerce you into thinking something, do not think it
If they are angry about 1 or 2 above, it is because you are correct in whatever it is you're saying, doing, or thinking, and they do not like it at all, so keep doing the right and correct thing

Think you're misunderstanding where the entitlement comes in to play. Wanting to find love is like one of the most fundimental human drives, but it's also a reciprocal pact between individuals. No, wanting love is not entitled. It's when you expect someone to want you, rather than just valuing yourself and others in a manner that naturally forms bonds between people. Everyone can fall in to this trap, not just guys. There are plenty of entitled ladies too. I think a lot of damage has been done by the "pickup artist" sector, which mainly focuses on lonely frustrated younger men.

Men aren't seen as entitled for simply wanting love. The notion of entitlement comes in when men act as if they are owed a partner, or haven't created their own value proposition that is attractive to a potential partner.

Because feminists have a hold of the media and with that they can control the narrative surrounding the issue.

Look at how feminists and feminists in the media reacted to Amber Heard loosing in court. Look at how angry they got when they couldn’t control or define the narrative surrounding Heard.

Look at how they tried to destroy YouTube channels who opposed them. It’s all about trying to control the narrative because that’s where their power comes from.
