I would phrase the question differently. There's sexual attractiveness, where you're only interested in a hookup. And there's overall attractiveness, physical and mental, where you're interested in a long term relationship and marriage.

OP, there are traits that objectively make women more attractive in the eyes of men in general, and there are traits that make men more attractive in the eyes of women in general.

It all comes down to perceived opportunities and possibilities that a certain woman (or man) opens up for the other party. In case of women, a woman's youth is one such trait that's universally highly sought-after, even if you don't look for having kids and even if she happens to be unable to bear them. In our capitalist society, an ever-lasting commodification of everything came to a point of seeing people are relationships as a commodity - in such context, a young woman gives you an option to have kid(s), postpone it for a certain amount of years until you are ready or until you possibly get more stability in terms of your relationship/career/income, list goes on. On top of it all, she's likely seen as "high prize" for being young as well, plus she's likely going to be healthier and better looking than at any other point in the future. There are literally no, or very little drawbacks, while there are plenty of options that a relationship with a young woman opens for vast majority of men.

You can name a whole list of such traits for both men and women and you'll notice that some traits rank highly for both, some are less or more relevant depending on gender. It's basically all about this perceived opportunity that people seemingly want to "even pay a higher price" in other terms and people often compare it to staying in a hotel with an internal pool and sauna vs hotel that has no such options - you may "pay the price" (or be willing to, i.e. compromise on some other things), solely to have such option, even if you "don't get to use it".

These traits would make a man WANT to stay, even if there are no children, money, youth or beauty later in life.

Ask each man personally what that would be, it differs from person to person, age to age. Some men don't even know it, until they see it for the first time (without lusting, this skews soundful judgment).

Personality: Confident and friendly. Has a sense of humor.

Beauty is a mathematical relationship, closely following the Fibonacci sequence. Symmetry from side to side, certain distance ratios between facial "landmarks", and certain size ratios os those features.

Beauty is actually a universal, measurable thing...not objective at all.

Given that I'm a big believer in innate preferences I would say that there's definitely a certain amount of what we find sexually attractive that's innate. But it obviously varies due to societal conventions and whatnot. For example, back in the 1990s women were expected to be quite thin, and there were problems with women having bulimia and anorexia. Now, zaftig women are in vogue.
