Male unemployment rates are significantly higher than female unemployment rates. Feminists love to talk about the "muh wage gap" which has been debunked but they don't mention how they're much more likely to even get a job in the first place. Hiring managers automatically trust women more from the jump. Especially in customer service jobs.

I think women just “present” better than men. I know women that have totally chaotic lives but they’re well spoken and know how to fit into a corporate structure, so they seem to get these corporate work from home customer support or Human Resources type jobs really easy. This cover of the New Yorker sums up what I’m talking about. To anyone on the video chat with her she looks sophisticated and well put together. But look at the background. Like I know a woman that got a salaried assistant GM position at a new business and didn’t even have to do a drug screen. But she’s a weed head lmao. And that’s not to say there aren’t equally chaotic men. I just think men aren’t as good at “faking it til you make it.” So they may actually get a job or career that’s actually beneath them in ways.
