If he was dating you and you were open to having a sexual relationship, then at least during that time, he was not an incel. "Incel" generally means people who want a sexual relationship but are struggling to find one (outside of paying for it.) Involuntary celibate.

I don't think THAT many guys are virgins, but if you write off a group of people over a trait then yeah, it does shrink your dating pool.

The sixes thing is definitely manospherian in origin and incels endorse that shit. Without anymore information though he just sounds like another sexually inexperienced boy who has dabbled in the manosphere which is unfortunate but very normal. There are lots of 'em and they aren't all incels.

The term ‘incel’ has evolved to be a state of mind and actually has very little to do with virginity.

Oh that, that sounds like someone who might be an incel.

It seems like a lot of young guys these days are virgins but it really narrows the dating pool for me as the thought of dating a virgin especially as someone who lost their virginity makes me cringe.

Why? Like I get that it means that the first time will likely be rubbish. But if they have other things going on then that might not really matter in the longer term as they "catch up" in experience.
