Also she’s your colleague, she HAS to be friendly. If you MUST hit on and try to date colleagues, the path to that is starting off on a friendly lunch with no expectations. Usually it’s a lot more complicated than straight up asking someone out IMO, of course depends on the workplace. A restaurant is a lot more direct and open, an office is indirect.

IDK i also think most girls/guys who date in the workplace dont have the best judgment. Maybe you think it’s fine, but it a girl is doing the guy at the workplace instead of anyone else that they could pick and isnt going to introduce risk that is a personal red flag for me.

With women it’s about how they react to your flirting and your moves… So if you want to know you have to make moves and approach, and take the risk yourself and see her reaction. If you tell her she is sexy or cute, pay attention to her reaction. Does she show disgust or does she smile?

If you hold her hand. does she feel uncomfortable or does she hold on tight.

If you tell her you get distracted when she smiles at you in such a cute way, does she react badly to the the word cute or does she react well.

You have to see her reactions to your advancements and keep advancing as long as she seems to be reacting well to any of your moves or comments.

In other words you have to take risks and stop acting with caution.

Dont do it, dating work colleagues is not a good idea. There's many factors to look at here before you even think about it,

Who's been there longer? Have they done it before? You certainly dont want to hit on the company's "blunt" if they may have done it in the past & might carry on that Reputation & not know it.

If youre newer to the place, check what both the girls & boys at work think about her that will help you, maybe she's just extremely nice to everyone. If she's new then go for it but with caution just to avoid ruining the work Environment not everyone is mature & she could be the type to make your work life hell if it doesnt go your way.

Ask around & try to get closer to her, try invading her non work territory & see how she takes it.

None. Women are bad at it. Some show too much, some show none at all. They all mean different things and will get angry with you if you get it wrong!

Approach with caution. If you get it wrong, offer her some money, back away and apologise profusely.

Kino is how you tell. If you hold her hand and she doesn't pull back that is a good sign if not , you need to build more attraction.

Dating in the work place is something I don't recommend, and besides its just plain lazy.

Take it slow. Be friends. If she's interested she'll eventually show clear signs. I wouldn't ask her out just right off the bat unless you're 100% sure she wants something more than a friendship because if she says no it'll get awkward and it may lead to you or her leaving the job.

It depends on the other person. If that person is like that with everyone, then it it just being friendly. If it is only you, then their is at least some kind of interest. (Generally speaking) No harm in asking.

Now it is a different conversation with dating co-workers. Most people find their partner at work, school, or mutual friends/family/word-of-mouth. You are already spending time together at work; might as well try it outside of work. Now the bad part is that it cam backfire so it is a double edge sword. Use your discretion.

Depends on the women but in the worst case it is impossible to distinguish especially when the women is bad at it. Some women know the deal others don't.

Such behavior totally burned me when I was young. It was back in 2000 when I was 15. Was sitting next to a girl which acted very playful towards me. She ticked all the boxes of the so called indicators of interest . I did not know the word back then of course. So I decided to ask her out and it appeared she was just interested in friendship. Well that was a epic fail. Feel no resetment towards that girl though. She was 15 after all and stil learning that stuff.

I you really like her just try to approach her and see what happens. Just do not expect anything. Some women are unpredictable in their behavior. Or maybe you are lucky and you are dealing with a women who knows what she does. Then it should be more simple.
