19 is pretty late because you lack a romantic past but you're still kind of fresh. 25 is potentially endearingly late because people know that twenties can be really problematic. 30 is very possibly maybe not completely disgustingly late because that's typical marriage age. I understand tho, in a way. I felt like this when I was in my “college years” and was working two/three jobs at any point in time. I didn’t really have a college experience - I had no friends at the school I transferred to and didn’t have time even if I did so I had zero social life. After graduating I would see college kids (and honestly sometimes still do) with hot chicks… a lot of the time they were losers and just low value ‘men’ and they would be with these smoke shows and just not giving a fuck and I would have some envy and I would it would make me spiteful as well.

Either way just realize you gotta just be present and TAKE ACTION towards meeting women. I spent far too long reading about seduction and watching videos and thinking okay this is all the knowledge I need but I never dedicated the time to going out and actually forcing the interactions and the uncomfortable feelings and rejections. You need to do it - there is no other way and you are young still as you’ve recognized so even if you suck for a while once you get past it, you’re past it and those people that didn’t develop their skills will be with someone the settled for - you’ll be able to choose someone you connect with and work well with.

I would suggest, if you aren’t already, moving to a place where there are lots and lots of people/women/activities/venues/clubs (not necessarily just party clubs but like running club type bullshit) maybe a place with some colleges etc. anonymity makes it’s easier to handle rejection and it’ll boost confidence and you won’t be forced into a scarcity mindset.
