I try to make it easy by wearing cool or funny shirts. It gives people an easy opening to engage with me. So to start off, just ask about my shirt. From there, you lead into a conversation. Could be about anything, but if you're trying to flirt don't get lost in conversation and forget to flirt.

If the guy is receptive or if you know each other at least a little bit, try to incorporate touches. Move in close. Touching his arm is safe and easy, if you're bold or things are going really well you can touch other parts. For me personally, anywhere on my arms and upper body is fine and it will get me excited. You can say that you like some features just by discribing features that you see in him but in should be in casual talks like " I like when a man say or do this" when you know that he make or say that.

Trust me on this. I'm a guy. First rule. Do not be drunk. Do not even be tipsy. Have drink in your hand. Nurse it. Second rule. Do not be drunk. Third rule, It's all about positioning and body language. And you want the ability to escalate at your pace. You need to position yourself to one side or the other of him not in front. Being face to face can be a little intimidating for guys that aren't used to it. You can start off face to face only long enough to find out something he is interested in, and pull up something on your cell phone. You want to be shoulder to shoulder, ideally with your right shoulder next to his left shoulder. While you're showing him whatever the hell you have found mutually interesting to the both of you, with the cell phone in front of the both of you, lean to your side just a bit and let your shoulder brush his shoulder.
