There wouldn't be any down side to interpreting this as a shit test. If you're wrong, and that's REALLY just her preference, you're out, but you were out anyway. If it is a shit test, and you pass, you get what you want.

A response of, "Who said anything about fucking?" would probably be best. It puts her on the spot, and rattles her cage a bit. It will really put her in her head that she misread the whole situation, even if briefly. What this does is it causes her to react to you, vs you to her. It also knocks her out of her frame that she's controlling the interaction; you're actively disqualifying the sex. Depending on her response something like, "It sounds like you're trying to take advantage of me" might come out later on. This is the frame of she's pursuing you.

What you're also likely observing is that women of low(er) SMV actually give some of the worst shit tests in terms of quality. Attractive women will give higher volumes of them, but they're better calibrated.
