"Cool, me too" is a classic response to show that you're unfazed.

But personally, I'm not interested in anyone that would use a partner to brush me aside. If it's true (or a soft rejection via a white lie), I don't want to make her uncomfortable by trying to push past her clear message.

If it's a lie for the purpose of testing me, I don't want to waste time chasing a girl who's attracted to domineering guys. Even if I figure out how to jump through her hoops, we're not going to be a good match.

Leaves the door open for them and keeps the interaction from derailing. If they simply say "good" or otherwise make it clear that they're very happy with their bf/husband, tell them you're happy to hear it and exit the interaction. If they open up to you, ask them follow-up questions about it, especially if they say it's actually not going well, as it could lead to something.

You can ignore it or say “oh that’s cool” and move on immediately.

When girls say Im married, I reply with “that’s cool Im not” and proceed. Never talk about the bf or husband. Get away from that topic.
