I'm absolutely horrible with women, but the limited success I've had made me wonder if I'm even going about this the right way. There's this notion that it's possible to learn seduction, to make the opposite sex attracted to your behavior. But is it really?

I've never managed to turn a girl from disinterested or neutral to horny. She was either interested from the start or not ever. Didn't seem to matter how confident or smooth I was. If anything I've only ever managed to turn a woman off that seemed interested before. Never the other way around

Recently I've been working as a fundraiser. My job is to approach strangers and ask them to support my fundation. I've noticed the exact same thing: people are either interested from the start or not ever. I've never managed to convince someone who seemed neutral or disinterested when I approached them.

I've been thinking, maybe it's pointless to try to be attractive. Maybe it's just that she's not up for sex right now. Maybe I'm just not her type. Maybe she has a boyfriend. Maybe it has nothing to do with me, my approach or my behavior?

Maybe it's even pointless to cold approach? Maybe it's better to just meet more women. Just chat them up without any expectations. Maybe if I meet enough women some of them will show interest? Or maybe I'll just end up with a lot of female friends?
