For those who don't know, Hot Seat is an all day event where Tyler Durden shows hours of in-field footage, pauses, replays, dissects, explains...sometimes gets the lights turned on and lectures. So, as you can imagine, it was awesome. $300, but in my mind, it's possibly better than a boot camp.

It was in LA from 2pm - 10pm, supposedly. Due to traffic, we ended up starting around 2:30 pm and...went until 12:15 am. Almost ten hours.

So, here's what Owen's game looked like in those videos:

  • He used the same, small repertoire of lines. He was not using 7 hours of material on girls. Owen knows fuck tons of lines, but if you strung all the lines I heard him use in those videos, you'd be lucky to have 10 minutes of gamey sounding material. The rest is him talking about random stuff in his life or responded to what the girl says.

    Hopeully, Owen won't mind my sharing some things from Hot Seat. It's pretty basic stuff that many of us have heard before. I'll start with his major openers:

    • Grabs the girl. "Hey, I'm Owen"
    • "You! Who are you?"
    • "You know how to party."
    • Situational.

  • He would escalate every time he had some good eye contact.

  • He didn't fucking care.

As you can see, it's super simple stuff. His conversations also tend to be inanely simple, just saying whatever is in his head. If he's nervous or shy, he'll talk about that too.

And this is how he kills AA:

  • He treats PUA like a big social experiment.

  • As soon as he gets in the club, he talks to someone. Then another, then another, thus building momentum. Sort of weird, because if you have AA to begin with, how do you do the first approach? Well, the first 10-20 minutes should be blow outs. Intend them to be blow outs. Open with a simple, "Hey guys, my name is Sparrow." You just want to build momentum. You just want to get out of spectator mode and start taking action.

    After 20-30 minutes of staring into girls' eyes, that sexual beast within should awaken. Opening girls, then hugging them and feeling their boobs press against you supposedly helps as well.

One of the most important things Owen mentioned was that your only criteria for success should be whether you approached. If that's your only criteria for success, every approach is a success. Even blow outs can pump your state.
