At some point you do need to be able to face rejection, it's part of it. That said, I don't think GRAB HIS DICK is good advice. Mainly because if a girl I weren't attracted to did that to me, I'd be scared.

Brush against him, make eye contact, and occasionally look at his lips. Smile a lot and laugh, act like you're having fun. If you've been that intimate before, I don't think it's unacceptable for you to put his arm around your shoulder and later waist. Keep looking at him a lot, keep smiling, glancing at his lips. Squeeze his hands or forearms occasionally. Basically escalate over a period of an hour or two hours, from light, flirty touching to intimate grasping of hands, to arm around him/you, to looking at him closely, to kissing.

Also have fun. Building it up in your mind will make it stupid.

There will be a lot of bad advice here, take everything with a healthy grain of salt. If he thinks you are attractive and is digging you a lot already, just being direct about it may work pretty well (since many guys are obliviously trying to figure out if you like them), but in many cases, it is a little strange.

The way I do it is act flirty, sit nice and close to him. Maybe offer to watch an R rated movie that you know has a sex scene in it, when the scene comes on, casually say "that looks fun" without actually putting any pressure behind the statement. If all else fails, just kiss him. Seriously. Even guys that aren't attracted back don't mind this, unless you like, drool on them. Plus, if you kiss him, there will be a definite yes or no.

People over complicate these things.... Just sit down with him and talk about how you feel. Tell him what you find attractive about him and how he makes you feel. Look him in the eyes during the conversation and be honest in your delivery. Life is short and I wouldn't waste time with all the "games" people play. You are both adults. Even if he does not feel the same way about you he will respect that you had the maturity to tell him and be honored with the attention. If he does feel the same way, then it'll be the start of a healthy relationship.
