Several times now I've had girls start lightly slapping my face while I was talking to their friends or generally just hanging out in a group. I know it's because I'm not paying attention to her at that moment. These are girls that I haven't negged or insulted - they're generally the hottest ones in the group that are used to getting ALL the attention, and I purposely treat them just like anyone else.

I've tried responding with things like "Ha you're like a kitty pawing at my face!" but then the girls just try to slap harder. If I smile and physically block their hands, then they just try harder to slap...

I honestly don't know how to the handle the slapping - right now I think the best thing to do is kill all conversation, and say "THAT'S NOT OK", but I don't want to turn things into a confrontation.

Any ideas on how to handle this shit test?

edit: I'm in my 30's and the girls are mid-to-late-20's. All very good looking girls. Every time I've been talking with someone else and ignoring them; sometimes they were trying to interrupt the conversation. This latest time I was just chilling out (and joined up with this group, some of them were my friends); in no way was I dominating the conversation...
