Plan a date with three unusual time-flexible parts to it, don't let her know any of the plan. It's just a simple meet-up date to her. Adventure is basically something fun you didn't know was about to unfold.

Sneak a hip flask in to the zoo. Draw interpretive pictures of passerbys in the park. Go on a dessert or snack crawl (it's like a pub crawl but for food. Better yet, do one, then the other). Take her to your favourite views of wherever you live. Go on walks. Street-eats type food festivals are always vibrant and full of energy.

One thing I've done in the past is build a cardboard castle with them in a wierd place. First you pick them up, and drive around town looking for cardboard boxes. This gives you a chance to show off your knowledge of the place you live, and if you're both from that place you can exchange stories/memories. Once you've gotten enough cardboard. All you need is duct tape, an open place, and an imagination, bonus if you bring a blanket. Once you've built your castle it's time to unite the newfound kingdom, and consummate the king and queens marriage. It's fun, cheap, and an adventure.

Dude, don't over think it. You don't have to pull out all the stops and take her on a quest. Just have an excursion with a progression of steps and venues with varying vibes. For example,:meet at a bar, hit a club, then have a late night ice cream or shisha. Boom, you've had an adventure. What these girls mean is that they want to experience a variety of things in what seems like a breif space of time. If you have a date that starts at one place , continues in another, and ends in yet another, the date will seem faster paced while also making it seem that you two have spent more time together. Plan activities like that and make sure to stimulate her emotionally, physically, and mentally, and you've given her the adventure she asked for.
