Instead of just asking for the number when you first approach her, you should propose the idea of a date, hanging out etc. this depends on the women in question. If she gives you her number she already knows that you mean business and that you don't just want to be her WhatsApp, Instagram friend. Then, when you write to her she already knows that you want to go out with her.

Obviously, in today's society women looooove to waste your time because that gives them value (The more men that I have begging me to go out with, the better) My advice when this happens is just to stop completely talking to her, go out, find another girl and that's it because, in my experience, if a woman wants to go out with you she will be clear.

don't waste time giving them attention, that's why we have so many egocentric and narcissistic women. It's ok not wanting to go out with someone, hell, even talk to them but, there's no reason to manipulate someone just for the enrichment of your ego.

Don't be that guy! If a girl seems uninterested or if you feel in your gut that you're being clowned maybe you're right. Move on, so you can grow. There are plenty, I mean, pleaaanty of beautiful, fun and interesting women worth your time. Just change your mindset.

Basically if i knew what he knew, i would tell him to stop chasing and or block her because she is disrespecting your time and effort

This is just a beginner's problem, because if a woman doesn't know you well enough, she won't text you back (of course there are exceptions, but a normal woman has no reason to answer your text). Asking for her phone number when she doesn't know who you are, what you do, where you're from .... and so on, can't give you good results. On the other hand, if you spend a few minutes making her laugh and feel comfortable with you, there is no reason why she would not want to see you again.

Spend a little more time talking to them, let them know a few things about you, and the number of flakes will be drastically reduced.

I'm still learning but have absorbed alot from this forum, here's 2 things I've learned.

Text only for dates, anything else makes yourself less mysterious and the potential date dull.
Most girls want the guy to lead and initiate, it's primal instant so say what you will. If you are asking for a date and she isn't saying yes, then it's always a no and you should move on. Know your worth and don't think any woman's time is worth more than yours.

first off you’re wasting your own time, you’re allowing them to waste your time by continuing to engage with her knowing damn well she’s flaky…after the first flake you should move on. lol
