1 - A woman’s interest isn’t permanent. It depends on her changing mood. Just because she is somewhat interested today, doesn’t mean you should expect her to be on the same interest wave length next week.

It’s similar to sex, a man is always in the mood, it’s very rare for a man to not want sex immediately any day when a hot woman proposes it. But women however need to get in the mood, which requires foreplay, they are not horny by default everyday like guys.

So same analogy goes for women’s interest in going on dates with a man.

2 - A woman also doesn’t really like it when the guy isn’t decisive and the fact that you ask her if she is free Friday or Saturday is not decisive on your part. It sounds as if you are trying to adapt to her schedule, and that’s not a good move. You are not there to adapt to her schedules, she is the one who has to adapt to yours. You propose cool things on specific days, and if she joins, great, if she doesn’t join, her loss.

She needs to feel as if she is the one missing out and losing opportunities, rather than making her feel like she is giving you a chance to entertain her and get her a little bit of her attention which is what adapting to her schedules feels likes.

You need to say: “I’m doing (x cool activity/event) at (x place) friday at 19:00. Join me, it will be fun (or) im picking you up with my car at x time”

You should not ask her if it’s ok for her at that time, stop trying to play mister considerate or mister cooperative, and start being dominant and leading things. Take charge, treat her like you are her “daddy”.

It seems like she didn't want to wait too long. Emotional high and sexual tension tend to drop over the time. You need to seize the moment. If mood is really good, you can get to the thing within minutes (or seconds). If you let it fall down to the point of impatience and disbelief, she won't be happy about you at all. Next time try to squeeze some quickie in your schedule if you feel tension is hitting the ceiling.

Always have things to do, places to go regardless if some chick wants to spend time with you.

When setting up a meetup/date, have a concrete date/time/place/event that you are going to attend and invite her along.

If she accepts, it's because she has some interest in you (measurable).

If she rejects w/o a counter offer, she has no interest in you, so you can quickly delete her number

If she rejects with a counteroffer for another date/time, there is still some interest and may have a legit reason for rejecting.

Regardless of the outcome, your plans are independent because you are going anyway to something you enjoy and can have a great time doing.

Back to your immediate situation, you did not offer her anything specific that she had to make a decision on based on her feelings towards you. It was an inquiry that she considered weak and did not have to answer, resulting in no answer.
