There's nothing a person can practically do to make themselves into an "alpha male". Because it has to do with childhood conditioning and it's partly genetic. People are assigned into these two categories by society and they're expected to play into their own stereotype. The only thing that you can do is accept the abusive category that women put you into. And if you fall into the wrong category, just not date at all, focus on yourself instead. Because it doesn't really matter anyways.
